Sweet Pea Cafe

This place is adorable. And the food is amazing. I had the tempeh Reuben and fries. Delish. My Omni husband had the quesadilla and said it's the best quesadilla he's ever had. Ever.

Don't skip out on the dessert. We grabbed a Mexican tea cake. And didn't eat it until we were a couple hundred miles away. And instantly regretted not buying all of them! The scone was yum too!

They have a small dining room and a larger, dog friendly, outdoor sitting area.

We will 100% be back.

Really pleasant experience. I got some sort of greek tofu salad wrap that was amazing! I also had red cabbage slaw that was wonderful as well. Finished it off with a Fat Tire beer. Ample outdoor dining area and a variety of seating options. Giant shaded awning. Bring your dog or even your kids. Friendly access to their WIFI. Ill be back next time i come to Tallahassee.

Ordered the falawesome and ginger cookie. Regret not getting a different side as rice and beans are pretty lame haha. Rice was bland and a bit clumpy but the beans were ok. The falafel was nice but pretty ordinary.

I really liked the ginger flavor of the cookie it wasnt overpowering or too muted but it was just wayyy to sweet for me. Also I think it was quite expensive too.

The place is tucked in off the road and I actually missed the small entrance while getting there (oops). Theres a few indoor seats but its quite cramped but the outdoor area is shaded and has fans. There were some bugs and flies though.

Wonderful little place! Everything is Vegan and fantastic that in addition to their main menu has a small selection of bakery items like cakes and pastries that appear to change daily. I took some tasty handpies and a cheesecake for later. From their main menu, I had the Falawesome wrap which as the name suggestions was awesome. I chose the poutine as my side and it was really good, especially the gravy, want that gravy on most everything now lol. My husband, who is vegetarian but not vegan, had the spicy tofu BLT and really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place and wished I lived closer so I could visit more often.

Stopped here for a quick lunch and I was not disappointed! Their Reuben was very tasty, authentic, and filling. The fries were also the best I’ve had in a while—crispy and well-seasoned. If you’re in Tallahassee, be sure to stop here, soak up the sun, and enjoy some top tier vegan food.

Good vegan food. Have to admit I am a meat eater, being the case, the bean burger was amazing. The hand cut fries were incredible as well. This probably would not be my choice for food but it was surprisingly good. Just because your eyes are in the front of your head meaning you should hunt and eat what you animals with eyes on the side of their head, unlike the deer who's eyes are on the side of their head to see the hunter coming up from a lateral direction; don't forget to try new things, the Sweet Pea's Bean Burger was surprisingly a great sandwich, to top it off it was served on a delicious pretzel bun.

No worries there is also a meat market that shares the same driveway. 😉

Loved this cafe! I got a Vegan Reuben sandwich with fries. SO GOOD! I also got a Matcha tea with caramel. SO DELICIOUS! Definitely want to go again on my next visit to Tallahassee!

Co-worker treated me to lunch as we looked at ways to start eating healthy. I enjoyed the black bean burger and the sweet potato fries were delicious, seasoned just right. Will definitely try again.

I go to sweet pea all the time and the food is always good and the employees are always nice :)
