Edit:
So instead of addressing my complaints, the owner is angry I posted a negative review. We do a lot of business in the area and will be sure to pass along that everyone should pass on this place. And my negative review isn’t the only one. With all of the shortages, price increases and fewer places to choose, I’d think your best response should be to do better.
Visiting from the east coast, and as a native New Yorker I was happy to find a highly reviewed bagel shop nearby. 8am on a Sunday and it was very busy. They boast Kaiser roll egg sandwiches which I miss a lot from back home. Ordered one, plus a sesame bagel with butter.
It was no Kaiser roll, but some dense, doughy disappointment. Bagel had about a pound of butter on it and was dripping all over.
Husband got a sandwich too which he ate only the egg/sausage part. His nova spread on a sesame bagel was more like orange colored cream cheese whip, minus any nova. And they charged $8 for it!!
Nothing we had contained even a schmear of a resemblance to NY anything. Highly surprised and disappointed.

I loved this place for the longest time but now it’s been 3 times in a row that the messed my order up. I always order a pork roll and cheese on a toasted onion bagel spk, no egg. They always say it back to me with no egg. First time they put the egg on it and I called and went back out to get it fixed. The second time I got egg but no cheese. I just fixed it at home. This time again I got egg and no cheese. I really liked this place and staff was always so great but I’m done paying almost 10 dollars on a sandwich that the mess up every time.

I have driven by this place 100 times because it is located near my daughter's preschool. Decided to stop in today for the first time to get some work done and enjoy breakfast before heading out to show some condos for sale in north Naples. The service was great and the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Hard to find good my style bagels in Florida and this ranks as one of the best I have had. Will definitely be back again.

The bagels are good yes. But, the staff isn’t friendly and they are slow. Also they get orders wrong. While I waited for mine 3 people came back either missing items or items being wrong. I should’ve known better to check my bagel before I left, but of course I got home to the bagel I ordered missing tomato that I paid extra for. It’s not that hard to put tomato on a bagel with cream cheese. I worked at a bagel store for 5 years so I know how it goes. And mistakes happen but it seems like they consistently happen. Could be better service for sure.

Great bagels! Easy access from the Cocohatchee Canal Trail in case you’re biking or walking. No bike racks though

Been going here for many years, always loved their whitefish salad but no more! They mix in onions, celery and ??? It is no longer whitefish salad…terrible. AND HARDLY ANY OF IT on the bagel. When asked, we were told that's the way it comes…no way!! New ownership?? We will never go back…headed to Brooklyn Dough with a Hole in Naples!

Absolutely love this place!! Best authentic New York bagel. I've been coming here ever since I spotted it about 4 years ago whenever I'm in
town. I wished I could open one in Elmhurst, IL.

The food quality is pretty good, which is probably why locals and tourists alike enjoy this bagel joint. However, the service speed is absolutely horrible. It consistently takes 20+ minutes for a bagel to be served up. Recently, I waited 15 minutes only to then learn the staff forgot my order. If service speed can improve, this would be a much higher rating.

This establishment stole my money for items I did not get. We frequent the Bonita Springs location often. I was going out Sunday and called in to place an order. I had no idea there was another location in Naples, I thought the Bonita was a single mom and pop shop. Ordered a few bagels. Went to Bonita, they didn't have my order and informed me there is a location in Naples I ordered from. The owner at first said they would make the order for no charge since the other location insisted I pay for my order over the phone. I thought that was uncommon, but I still paid by card. Then she changed her mind and called Naples who she claimed said I had to go pick up my order from Naples or I had to pay for both orders since it was my mistake. I understand that, but I also KNOW it doesn't cost THEM $20 for 3 bagels. She also lied and said that the Naples location was "just 10 minutes away". On GPS it was 25 and also another 20 minutes from there I needed to get to. I get it was my mistake but I don't appreciate the back and forth telling me they would make it at no charge and then "oh no wait, I changed my mind" and then lying to me about the drive distance. I worked at a restaurant that had multiple locations and this happens sometimes. Not good customer service as they literally stole $20 from me for goods I did not receive that I am sure they just resold or put back the bagels. Oh and they also messed up my order as well and gave me egg salad instead of the chicken salad I had ordered so I actually lost double on that one.
