Straight From New York Bagels

Painfully slow and disorganized. Only person in store and it took over 20 mins for them to prepare a bagel and cream cheese because they forgot to make it. They have four people that sit around behind the counter that sit there and don’t do anything.

I know of two locations of this bagel shop. This one and one in Bonita on 41. Both are delicious! The bagels are WONDERFUL! My favorite is the asiago, toasted with white fish and tomato! My husband loves the jalapeno bagel! They also have some pastries like rugalah! And take home containers of awesome flavors of cream cheese! They have coffee and fountain drinks. You can get breakfast or lunch with eggs and meats! It's all delicious!!

NYC/NJ resident and unfortunately there’s nothing “New York” about this place — even the prices are higher. $30 for two BEC sandwiches and 2 iced coffees (disclaimer: they don’t have fresh iced coffee, you must purchase a watered down can from the fridge that costs $7 each and make it yourself...got roped into that one). Bagels were just about as thin as the one piece of bacon/egg under the hood. Just go to McDonalds or Dunkin.. save your money.

Very good bagels and great variety.. revisited and they still have a great selection. Brings back the taste of good NY bagels

Went there because friends recommended. Came in, very dark not welcoming feeling. Looked around to convince myself that this place was ok but then the vents are gross that tells me a lot. To many good place for breakfast sorry.😕

Best bagel I ever ate. I'm not just saying that either cause I'm from New York. I have had plenty bagels in my life and these are the best ones by far.

Waited over 30 minutes for a pick-up order. When I finally said something they claimed they called my name already. They didn’t even apologize or try to remedy the situation beyond giving me two cold sandwiches. Wouldn’t issue a refund even though I stood there from 10:03 until 10:27.

Watched one of the girls on the line wearing gloves, drinking a personal beverage, and continuing food preparation without washing hands/changing gloves.

Unacceptable, awful service.

Was on vacation and see sign so stopped in. Great service from Alice. She was able to explain things on the menu that we weren't sure of. Very happy with the service and food. Super friendly and will be back next time we comw to Florida again

The bagels were good but watch out. The manager was rude to the lady ahead of me then I received the same treatment. He slammed my money on the counter then preceded to talk about me to several male customers behind me. You NEVER embarrass a customer!

Some of most flavorless coffee I've ever had in my life. Tasted like hot water mixed with the cream I added to it. The bagels were delicious, but I was very distracted by how bad the coffee was.
