I had gas shoot out of a broken hose today covering my right arm and side in gas. The only way to stop in was to hold on to pump while gas was spewing out and try to hang it back up. I went into store and they said, “Not again.” They then put a bag over the pump handle. They didn’t ask if they could help me or did I need anything. I had to go right back home because my arm was soaked in gas. I took a picture of the hose and would like to share it with owner it they would contact me. I had to throw away my shirt and I will probably be charged for the gas that came out all over me!!!

Every single dam time the same guy james he closes the store before midnight ! Garbage customer service never will i visit another racetrac. Ifound out a previous employee says he does that so he can sleep in the back!!!! This company will not be here in the next 5 years. There is way too much growth here with new companies opening up with way better service. This store is pathetic! No lids no sizes for cups, ice cream station is a total mess, most of there stations there ice cream and slurpee stations are not working. I truly believe there just lazy and don’t want to do there job. Don’t waste time with your auto reply cuz you aren’t going to convince me an thousands of other customers.

Slow pumps, they don't take the rewards at pump if they work at all.. Frustrating to get gas here. Hopefully they get things figured out. Every other racetrac is mostly normal. People are always nice which is very good.

This location is usually clean, the food often fresh but the fountain drink area is perpetually broken in some way or another and sweet tea runs out a lot here. The quality of service is 50/50.

We came here a few days after Hurricane Ian and the staff were extremely professional and doing their very best to deal with some very idiotic and pushy customers. They had the gas pump queue down to science on their property and were managing it amazingly well, all with a smile on their face and some funny uplifting words to most people. I can't say much for their prices, as Costco crushes them, however, this is a very convenient location and the coffee is pretty darn good too.

Half the pumps are always down and they never have receipts. Once the 7-eleven opens up accords the street this place will be the first ever RaceTrac to go out of business

These are the slowest pumps! Was able to pump only less than 3 gallons over a 20 minute period. Last stop took well over a half hour to get half a tank, about 8 gallons. Will not return, as they clearly don’t even know they have a problem.

Racetrac is supposedly a 24-hour gas station, but they always seem to close the doors at 10 pm. What makes me more mad is that the lady just looked at us and ignored us.If they do close for any reason to put a sign that says the reason why or something. I used to love racetrac, but now I don't wanna come again. They need to fix this if they want customers.

Only half the pumps work usually. In one morning, had 20 customers in line with one cashier working. 3 employees stocking and 2 in the kitchen. Shows how much they appreciate they customers.

Do not, I repeat, do NOT go to this station for gas. I am a huge RaceTrac fan and will often seek them out when needing gas, but this one is absolutely awful. I live across the street from it and will drive out of my way to go to other stations. Half the pumps are always down and the ones that are running are always painfully slow. To pump 5 gallons took me 5 minutes. As a result you’ll also have to wait in line for a pump since half are down and the others are occupied for 15 minutes per car. Management is pathetic and doesn’t deserve your business inside or out at their pumps.
