The customer service at The Peak Deli is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

Came here for lunch after a hike because a friend recommended it when I told him I wanted a cubano.... no joke, best cubano sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!!!! The wait (~20 minutes btwn waiting to order and getting food) was absolutely worth it!!! You must go here if you’re in town for lunch! I will definitely be going again next time I visit Pagosa Springs.

Eat here! My breakfast was exactly what a diner breakfast should be. I had the 2 eggs, meat, hashbrowns, and toast. My husband had the same. I was comfortably full for 1/2 the day. I did not sample the coffee, but wish that I had. When you visit, say hello to Jimmy the rock.

We're from Texas and we came to Colorado for a getaway for our anniversary and we went here the first day we got in and OMG!!! I had the Philly cheese steak sub w Chipotle mayo (suggested by the owner) and it was THE BEST Philly I have ever had!! We seriously want to go back to Pagosa springs just for this food!! This is the place to go! Btw Charlie was awesome and mad us feel at home, he made our experience even better!

I have never been let down by the Peak Deli. Honestly it is the best sandwich place i have ever been to. Today I had the special, which was a pork belly sandwich and truly mouth watering experience. Thanks for the amazing food!

Super good sandwich! We got the Pagosa Peak and the Treasure something (forgot the full name). The sandwiches were ready fast & tasted amazingly fresh!

You have got to try the breakfast Porkarito!!! All the options are fantastic but this is the best breakfast burrito I've ever had and I'm from Texas. Friendly staff and quick service. Definitely a great place to eat right next to everything downtown!!!

I've been here for lunch a few times and gotten something different every time. Every time it is delish! The staff is also awesome! Nice friendly and "on top of it". The cheesecakes are to die for! I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast.

Fan-freaking-tastic. Sandwiches were top notch, my mother in law had spectacular gluten free bread, and the Zuberfizz Rootbear was some of the best I've ever had. HIGHLY recommend.
