The customer service at The Peak Deli is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

I don’t live in CO but when I pass through, I always look forward to these sandwiches. I’m gluten free and I’ve never had an issue with this place. It’s always clean, staff is always friendly, and it’s usually busy so plan ahead.

On a road trip from California, we discovered this gem of a hole-in-the-wall deli. Very friendly service and tasty, super fresh food. The housemade sausage was delicious, and we watched freshly smoked pork being pulled by hand. Highly recommended!

Not many Delis know how to make every sandwich delicious...
This deli is at their Peak performance and ought to be recognized for it.

The Peak Deli is a regular destination for lunch after a long walk with our dogs. In fair weather there is a covered area that is dog friendly, and the staff provide water in a bowl for the dogs. The food is prepared with Boars Head products, and there is often homemade soup and deserts. The staff are friendly, the service quick, and the food delicious. Wifi is available. The price very reasonable. Pleasant and yummy.

This place is fabulous! Very creative on their sandwiches! I had a turkey, brie, bacon, mayo, with strawberry jam. The turkey was sliced paper thin and the sandwich was wonderful! Cannot wait to go back!!

Excellent, friendly service and the best sandwiches (dare I say?) in the state. Every item is served up with a dose of creativity and no detail spared. We stopped into this small shop coming down from Telluride and found ourselves right at home. Every single member of our group was satisfied and praised the food highly. They let us try some of their bbq and I have to say it was flavorful and impressed my native Texan sensibilities. Trying the bbq honestly made me regret my sandwich choice, which is a little blasphemous. Enough about what they can do— can anyone tell me what they can’t?

Cubano was one of best sandwiches I have ever had. Just about perfect. Brisket smelled awesome, food excellent. Food came very quickly with a smile. Decor plain, prices just ok.

Great Staff and delicious Sandwiches! They were the first to offer Pretzel Buns and they have a variety of Spreads. Unique Sodas to choose from like Choco Fizz and Key Lime Soda. But they have the usual favorites like Root Beer other fountain drinks. Food made fresh daily and they add new options to the menu frequently. You can take it to go or have a seat and eat.

Awesome food and great service. I was in most recently and the had a duck confit sandwich that was the special that day and it was amazing. The staff are always friendly and attentive and pay close attention to quality. I'd probably say this is your best bet for a good sandwich in Pagosa.
