The customer service at The Peak Deli is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

This was a fantastic find! My family and I were driving through town on our way to a hike outside of town, and couldn't decide whether to hold off on lunch or take it with us, when our eyes caught the "Peak Deli" sign. Not finding many reviews about it, we took the chance and turned around to stop in. The sandwiches we ordered made for a fantastic picnic lunch at the top of Treasure Falls. We loved them so much we decided to come back every day for lunch while we were in town.

I tried their Cubano and Philly Steak Sandwhiches with a side of hash browns. Nothing better than a classic sandwhich made fresh with a side of hashbrowns. Friendly staff and food was made quick! They also have a heated spot inside a plastic tent where you can wait, super convenient!!

My favorite deli in Pagosa Springs. They have a great selection of hot and cold sandwiches and a few salads to boot. They will build custom sandwiches, or you can order from their large list of pre-arranged combinations. These too can be customized to a considerable degree with no extra charge. We picked up food to go two times, and in the second visit got 14 sandwiches. I heard someone say "You've got to be kidding!" when they saw the order, but they had them all ready for us in about 10 minutes. They also serve breakfast and had some choices that sounded quite good. Highly recommended.

Woke up this morning starving after a day in the hot springs. The place to go was the peak deli. I order 2 killer burritos. They were fresh and yummy the harsh brow were crunchy and soft all around, topped with red and green chili sauce. I could add a picture, but I was too hungry to stop and snap. If you find yourself in pegosa springs, and a fresh delicious with a super clean place and nice staff, you must stop here.

The peak deli is the best spot in Pagosa Springs, hands down. I had to go back a second time and try out their breakfast. Blew me away each time. The food is worth taking a detour for!

Hipster place with unusual sandwiches. Good food but a little pricey - my roast beef sandwich with chips and drink cost $16. If you like horseradish, get the horsey mayo. It was very yummy and strong.

Really good service and the food was decent but the corned beef hash they were bragging about looked a lot like the stuff my mom would give me out of the can when I was a kid. Had a little bit of a sweetness to it that just didn't seem to belong. My wife sandwich was good and the soup I had was also good.

Awesome burritos that are filling and large enough for two people! Well, unless you are really hungry. Great service with the ability to customize your orders easily. Nice wifi as well

Just had the most amazing sandwich at Peak Deli, or P's Deli as I like to call it. Meats were of high quality. Service, superb! Also loved the house made croutons. What a lunch!!!

SO SO glad we stopped at the deli. Open for breakfast and lunch, get there before 3:00 pm. If you are visiting stop here. Even if you are just passing through stop here! We were a large group of to go orders and the gentleman behind the counter (might have been an owner) did not bat an eye. All the orders were taken efficiently with a smile and laughs and all the orders were labeled (life saver), kudos! The service was five star and a couple of our group members went back the next day for another round of sandwiches. You will not be disappointed.
