While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

Found this place near the hotsprings and it did not disappoint. It had great reviews and I was craving a sandwich. I got the Wolf Creek with a couple modifications and the Country Style breakfast. Both were above and beyond delicious. When stopping in Pagosa Springs this place is a MUST. So good I'm going to get another sandwich on the way out of town tomorrow. Thanks for a great meal!

Favorite lunch spot in Pagosa! Great sandwiches and friendly employees. They also seem to stay pretty consistent which is a rarity in Pagosa. Highly recommend! I just hope it doesn’t get turned into the millionth coffee shop in Pagosa.

Super great little sandwich shop with really fresh toppings. You get to choose your bread and none of the sandwiches come with sauce on them so you can add whatever sauce you like! Definitely would recommend this place!

Love Peak Deli as they are one of the few restaurants that have great gluten-free food. All sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day. Check it out!!

The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito were both excellent! The customer service was welcoming as soon as we walked in. I will be coming back here before our trip is over for sure!

Food was absolutely 5 stars! Cubano exactly the right flavor, quantity and texture! Italian sandwich special of the day was spot on, as well! Potato salad perfectly seasoned and great texture! If you're looking for delicious breakfast or lunch, and not looking for ambiance or overly concerned service (forgot order of potato salad), Peak Deli is the place to go! $21.65 for two sandwiches and a side of potato salad with waters. If the weather is nice sit outside!

Friendly staff and great food. I ordered their regular two egg breakfast with bacon. The thing that tasted extra good was the hash browns! It was very well seasoned and prepared.
They have a lot of other stuff like soups. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area.

I came with friends this time and everyone LOVED everything. They were able to accommodate my vegan friend with some sauteed vegetables and other items. Another friend loved their breakfast burrito (he is from a Mexican background). Everyone also complimented on their coffee and unlimited refills. We came back every day for our 4 day trip in Pagosa Springs.

Was really looking forward to trying a sandwich here after seeing reviews. We came 20 minutes before closing and they said they couldn't make us a hot sandwich even though they weren't closing yet. I was disappointed because I'm pregnant and can't have cold deli meat. We got a cold sandwich and decided to take it home and warm it up and I asked for pesto and they were out, so I asked for Dijon and yellow mustard. We heated the sandwich at home so I could eat it, and I tried mine and there was so much Dijon mustard it was inedible, burned my nose and brought tears to my eyes. They forgot to put on the normal mustard too.

I had a Cubano, and let me tell you it's one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. The boars head meat, the pickles, bread, thousand island, pressed perfectly, I'll be thinking about that sandwhich until my next visit. I didn't like the Philly nearly as much. Just a little to much heat for my preference. Overall great little spot.

Used to be good. Changed ownership now portions are smaller, prices are higher, hours are shorter, can't order online anymore, and the food is just okay. Went from a can't miss spot to I'll eat elsewhere.
