This bright and cheerful sandwich shop offers hearty portions and breakfast options in a casual space. The menu is extensive, with a variety of sandwiches, soups, salads, and sides to choose from. You can also customize your sandwich by choosing your bread and adding your favorite sauce.
The Peak Deli is committed to protecting its staff, customers, and the community. In order to bring you their deli-icious foods in a safe and clean manner, they are currently only allowing window service. There is no available in-house dining. However, you can use their online ordering system to place your order. Everything that is available can be found by navigating through the menus to find drinks and side options, as well as breakfast and lunch. Currently, not everything is available, but this is kept up to date on the online platform. You can also call in your order and pay over the phone to minimize contact.
The customer service at The Peak Deli is welcoming as soon as you walk in. The staff is super friendly, and the food is hot and delicious. The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

Great food, and super cute and cozy location. Would be a great place to eat for a summer or winter trip. I would give them more starts except the young lady taking our order was a bit rude and short with us. She also would give us annoyed looks when we’d ask about the menu items.

Soups, sandwiches are fantastic. But Charlie’s awesome attitude is worth it alone. Breakfast was great too. It merits a second visit!

Great breakfast burritos and sandwiches. The staff is ridiculously friendly. They have good options for kids, and they are quick. This is my go to spot downtown for take out.

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! They also have a gluten free menu! Check out their soups, very unique!

We must have visited on an off day because our experience was mediocre to day the least. I ordered the Philly Cheese. It was so salty it was almost inedible. Also when the server gave me my meal, she proceeded to tip my cup over which spilt my drink over the table and on my lap. Without an apology she threw me a dirty towel to clean it up. Sorry but this is an establishment we won't be visiting again.

Place was PACKED with tourists right before closing but all the staff remained professional, friendly, and turned out delicious food. Kitchen staff often goes unappreciated so I want to be clear how awesome these guys are!!

Worst service I have ever had the girl working was rude ignored me 20 minutes for the customer in front of me then ignored me for the person behind me I was on my lunch break from work that took my whole hour lunch break and I never got to eat that day I had to go back to work without eating and the owner did not even try to make it better for me. I got refunded my money that I didn't need to pay, left before I even got to try the food. Still never ever got an apology from the owner or the rude young worker.

Small nifty place. Tried to go to The Rose across the street but very happy that we decided to come here instead. Quick service, friendly staff and even better food. Would recommend for anyone to come here since this place doesn’t stick out as much either. Loved the experience
