The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

This used to be the best sandwich place in town. Now, I won't even spend my money going there anymore. Horrible portions and the prices are ridiculous.

Killer burrito was pretty tasty. Added avocado and green chilies to them. Sausage tasted a lot better than the bacon in our opinion. Made it our breakfast two days in a row. Very fast in having order ready to go.

BEST Burritos ever!!! I dont say this lightly as a latina who has had a lot of great burritos ( moms cooking)! We came across this cute place while exploring Pagosa. We are here for a another day and might get it again later today or for breakfast( might up date if wr try a deli sandwich)!! What we had:....THE PORKIRITO IS A MUST TRY! It has everything a breakfast burrito should- carnitas, Chipotle, hash browns eggs. We also had the Killer this was also very good! You have to give this place a try!!

This little gem is totally a great find! The killer burrito was delicious and packed full of goodness. Due to Covid times, the indoor is closed; however, you can place your order online or over the phone and pick it up at the window. They have a nice, covered outdoor seating area. Great experience!

This place is very good. It is local and easy access from the river and hot springs. The food is high quality and the prices is very good for the quality and for a being a tourist establishment right on main street. The staff was very nice even when the place was very busy. There is indoor (their air condition works very well) and outdoor seating. Atmosphere inside is fun and the names of the sandwiches are local destinations. Kinda fun to find out about a place in Pagosa from a sandwich. I recommend going here next you're in Pagosa!

Great place to sit inside or outside at the back with shaded table and benches. Friendly service from the start. Ordered the Southwest melt and it was delicious. Quality sandwich and could taste every ingredient In every bite. Highly recommend for a great lunch stop

INCREDIBLE!! Food was so so good. The staff and the experience was even better. The owner made it a priority with 2 mins to close to accommodate our family of 9! 9!! What a great place to enjoy good food cannot wait until we come again . Thank You!

Great sandwiches! Amazing Bread! Paying around $10 for just a sandwich without chips or drink, I thought was a bit steep, but good place to treat yourself.
If you do order their brisket special, would recommend switching from the brioche bun to something which doesn’t hide the flavor of the barbecue as much.

Stopped by on our way out of town and ordered the southwest melt and it was hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had. This place is legit with awesome staff. Definitely eat here if you’re in pagosa springs.

We stopped in today for lunch on our drive through Pagosa Springs. We needed to find something quick to eat and something that would please our kids. We found the right place! Our kids were super happy with their grilled ham and cheese and we enjoyed a warm turkey and Brie sandwich. What really stood out to us was how friendly the staff was and that was truly appreciated!
