The breakfast burrito is a must-try, and the sandwiches are made with fresh toppings. The Killer Burrito and the Porkarito are also excellent options. The deli also offers gluten-free food, and all sandwiches can be served on their own baked bread each day.
While some customers have noted that the portions have decreased and the prices have increased since the change in ownership, the quality of the food remains consistently delicious. The Peak Deli is a great lunch spot in Pagosa Springs, and it's definitely worth a visit.

Best sandwich of my life! Would love to stay long enough to try every sandwich and menu item. Staff was super friendly and fast amidst the lunch rush.

We didn't realize when we called that they were 2 minutes to closing but they were very nice and made us food anyway, which was very appreciated. We were a little concerned about the sandwiches being about nine dollars apiece but they were worth every bite. We also really admired their use of masks, social distancing and outdoor dining even when no longer required by the state. The sandwich I had here kind of changed my life, and I cannot recommend this place enough.

Pretty decent breakfast, I got a bagel sandwich and it was really good although I couldn't taste the bacon very much and it was a little pricey. Still would prefer it over McDonald's though.

Great food and fast service. My only complaint is that the Italian sandwich was served cold when it’s advertised as being hot, it still tasted amazing though!

My favorite sandwich place in Pagosa Springs. Great menu selection. The food is fresh and well made. I definitely recommend this place. We get our food and take it to the park or the overlook above the river. Perfect.

My turkey sandwich was delicious and big, but the sourdough bread was a bit stale. My husband had the Philly Cheesesteak and really liked it. Beware. The wait can be long.

Peak Deli is the AWESOMESAUCE! Friendly service and delicious sandwiches! Great sammie menu and many options to choose from to make it your own. Extra star because they carry Zuberfizz sodas!!!
