Absolute gem! Loved my honey cinnamon latte and black iced coffee! Good vibes all around

Pit stop traveling from Cortez to Walsenburg and Higher Grounds Coffee was perfect. Very friendly staff, clean facilities, and tasty coffees and baked goods! Would make this my “regular” coffee place if I lived in Pagosa Springs.

10/10 brunch experience! The food was fantastic, & was VERY fresh. Got a Veggie Wrap & a scone they both were amazing!
The baristas were super nice & even gave me a refill on my tea for no extra charge!
We will definitely be back shortly!

*I will say, prices are a bit steep, but you get what you pay for these days & in my opinion it all was 100% worth it!*

Great coffee shop with a fun relaxing vibe. Cute gifts and trinkets for sale as well as delicious breakfast treats and pastries. Glad we found this gem while we were in town, we went back daily for lattes during our stay. Thank you!

I try time and time again to get a coffee before work. Every time I land up waiting 10-15 minutes and this last time I somehow paid $7 for a small eggnog latte. Additionally I noted that my one easy drink order was behind a family who had food/drink and were clearly in no hurry. I asked the barista after about 10 minutes and she said there was a big order ahead of me. I get that - but maybe use some critical thinking to get the fast orders in and out. Also - asked for whipped cream on my $7 latte and never got it (wasn’t willing to wait in line again).

Great coffee, great staff, and we were surprised with live Christmas Eve music. What a wonderful little coffee shop. Be well and thank you for your hospitality!

Midwesterners road-tripping from Durango to Denver looking for all independent shops. We hit the jackpot. Outstanding coffee, lattes, quiche and an amazing breakfast burrito, bonus GF options. Cute shop decorated with items from Tangled (boutique next door), books, hats, mugs, etc.

Really love the coffee and the vibe - there's no drive up so just know that. I think my favorite thing was the other customers! Amazing people and so friendly and courteous! Is this a Pagosa Springs thing or just the patrons here?
