Dutch Bros Coffee

Always fabulous. Great people, lots of variety for coffee & tea & treats for the sweet tooth. Anytime you need a pick me up wrapped in smiling faces to shake off the naysayers, stop by & leave feeling better than when you arrived. Try it, you'll like it.

I really didn't want to write this negative review, but as of tonight I have absolutely had it with this location. This is about the third or fourth time that I've gone later in the evening and had to wait at LEAST five minutes longer than I would have otherwise because of a conversation going on between the employees and the car in front of me. It happened once at the Timberline location as well, but this one seems to be worse. I know the chat thing is part of the Dutch Bros business model, but I just can't get over the blatant disregard for other people's time, and the fact that they think anyone would be okay with sitting there a second longer than they have to while they yammer on and on. I enjoy conversation as much as anyone, when appropriate, but I also value my time and I'm usually in a hurry when I go here. I'll now avoid this location altogether.

Th Kensington location is my favorite. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I do need to give a huge shout out to Kyla she is so amazing and a perfect representation of Dutch in my opinion. Really love the staff here.

These BROistas always always know what's up. They have great service, good conversation, and they remember you when you come through. They are a well oiled machine of coffee goodness. Always love coming to this Dutch Brothers 💜 Flap Jack Mocha woooo!

I’m not there to tell my life story. Just give me my drink so I can leave…if I’m not talking- that means I don’t want to and I’m not in the mood for you aggressive friendly behavior with 10 shots if Expresso you’ve had. Remember- I’m coming In getting coffee. Talk to me after I’ve had my coffee

If you like a rich, sweet coffee with fun flavors, Dutch Bros is the goat. The staff is so fun & chill - real people people, ya know?

But! Two words to the wise -
1. Bcs DB is so incredible, the line during peak times can be loooooong. Skip it if you're pressed for time. You'll just be that agro person in the drive thru line.
2. Related to (1), don't be that agro goober in the drive thru line. Utilize both lanes. Be courteous. Take turns.

As Hannibal Buress said, "have some self respect and act like you've been here before".

The drinks are delicious, made exactly how we wanted them!! The staff was extraordinary!!! Each one friendly and patient!!! If I could give 10 star I would!!! :)

The first Wednesday of each month is Sticker Day. Lines usually go quickly and if an order for a vehicle not currently at the window is ready, they will walk it out to you, to help keep the line moving.

I went to this location and was lied to my face. I asked three separate times for white coffee and not white chocolate, I was assured that it was white coffee and it indeed was not. I also ordered an iced rebel with light ice, which came only about 75%full. One mistake doesn’t bother me, but both my drinks were wrong, as well as the employee knowing it was made incorrectly and still handed it to me lying.

Love their drinks. Unlike other coffee shops, flavored drinks are not overly sweet. Very friendly service.
