Love Dutch Bros. Prices and sizes are better than Starbucks, Human Bean, or Ziggys. Great rewards app. Many drink varieties. Soft top is the BEST. Best customer service in the industry!

This is my favorite coffee shop out of any I've ever been to. Their coffee is delicious--I love the cold brew. Also love that they give stickers out on Tuesday. I have yet to run into an employee who wasn't extremely welcoming and pleasant to talk to. Not sure how they get such amazing workers!

The staff that crush it DAILY at this location off of harmony and mason, absolutely earned every 5-star review they've gotten.
The vibe is a party, the crew are always dancing and being fast at taking and knocking out orders, the wait isn't long even if there is a line, because of how fast they make their drinks.
The group that we see here mostly know my significant others drink order and remembered her name! They are always engaging in meaningful conversation while taking your order/waiting briefly for it to come out.

I broke up with Starbucks a few weeks ago because they never gave me actual decaf when I asked for it and caffeine is really bad for my medical condition. Dutch Bros has amazing actual decaf and dairy free options! They are so nice everytime I go and have the best drinks! Love Dutch!

Great crew that offers fun, lightning fast service with a contagious energy that always sets my day off right. Hands down my favorite Dutch Bros in the area- so much so that I’ll drive across town just to see the team at Kensington! If I could give the more stars I would. Great job!

So disappointed in their customer service. They would not accept a fully stamped "loyalty" card as they've recently switched to using the app, where we would have to start all over again. We'll take our business elsewhere. Highly recommend Ziggi's and Human Bean, even Starbucks treats customers better.

All the Dutch Bros locations in Fort Collins are great. They have amazing drink variety, sorry friendly staff, and everything always tastes amazing. Yes there is usually a bit of a line, but don't let that discourage you! They are always doing something to get through that line quickly and I've never waited as long as I'd expect at other places.

The drinks are fantastic Haven't had anything I don't like. Pastries are good and filling. This morning was the worst wait though. The line was only 5 cars but with all the chatting at the window i waited for 20 minutes! I love the friendliness but some attention to how long we're waiting would be appreciated.
