Cute place. They had live music and 2 for 1's.
My friend works there so not trying to be too biased but you should check it out😄

Today, my partner and I went in for lunch. There was one other patron in the store who had already ordered. We proceed to order a quiche and a sandwich. The quiche was ready and boxed within minutes. We then proceeded to wait for the sandwich to arrive. In the meantime a family entered the restaurant not wearing any masks, although there is a mask ordinance in place for Durango. The cashier said nothing to them. I decided to leave the store and eat my quiche outside as to avoid the non-masked patrons. I then discover the quiche is ice cold so I had to go back into the store to ask that it be warmed up some more. It has now been over 30 min since we ordered. Finally, 45 min after we ordered the sandwich is finally ready, but I am still waiting on my quiche which has now been sitting in the microwave for 10 min and is already cold again. This was an incredibly awful customer experience and I would not recommend to anyone and will not be back.

Good coffee, good breakfast burritos, and lots of friendly smiles.

Best breakfast in town. The quiche and avocado toast were amazing! Such a cool ambiance and very friendly staff.

Wonderful charming place! We were looking for a place for breakfast (14 of us) and this place was exactly what we wanted. Great coffee, great breakfast burritos, delicious cinnamon rolls, and great BLT and Brie sandwiches! And I can’t forget the biscuits and the quiche. Wonderful service too. Make sure to stop by!

Wow, crazy (great) experience here tonight. My personal service was good as always but the spectacle began with the DOWNPOUR. People kept coming in to escape the rain even as Lydia and Sole (I don't know them, I asked their names as I left so I could give them a shout-out) were obviously (door closed, cushions on tables) closing up. They never flinched. I'm a service industry veteran and it's so easy to tell when staff is lukewarm (or, more often, cold) about you showing up five, ten, even twenty minutes before closing. Sole and Lydia were insanely welcoming up through the last people coming in at 8:25...and Hermosa closes at 8!!! I kept working on my laptop and witnessed them GENUINELY welcome and serve every group that came in. The true definition of hospitality. Lydia and Sole - YOU TWO ARE AWESOME.

The frappe tasted watered down. The monkey bread muffin was somehow raw in the middle and so over cooked it was tough on the top. The macchiato tasted burned and there were coffee grounds in it. Overall the experience was not good.

Great drinks, fast and friendly service. There's lots of comfy couches and tables that are great for working at. Usually you do not have to wait in line. This place offers good coffee and also an assortment of other drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and other small treats. Hermosa is located right in Downtown near many other great places.

Best quiche of my life! We got the roasted veggie quiche, raspberry lemonade scone, blackberry chai muffin, and Cafe de Olla. Loved it all. Plenty of room to chill and friendly baristas.

So sad to see that the service here has gone downhill so fast. While I waited 30 minutes for my overpriced lukewarm matcha latte the customer in front of me received the wrong burrito, twice.
