Oh heaven!!!! Chocolate and coffee, what more could you want!? And not just any chocolate, this is the highest quality stuff! They truly care about their products! Heart and soul goes into every truffle and every bar! The new location is so fabulous! It is nice to just sit at the marble bar and get a fabulous drink and nibble a chocolate! I came almost every day the 5 days I was in Durango! And now they have alcohol! If I lived in Durango I would be here every day! They also now have accounts for regulars! Definitely my happy place!

This place was amazing and decadent. Their hot chocolate made on site was by far the best hot chocolate I've ever had and their coffee was even better. My husband had an Irish coffee and it too was delicious. We had to go back a couple of times during our stay, we just couldn't get enough. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like old time friends, they took time and talked with my kiddos, got to know them and entertained their curiosity. What a warm welcoming experience.

Customer Service is Second to None. Awesome people! Great coffee and gifts. More than just chocolate available. Must see in Durango!

If you like chocolate, you will LOVE this place! Just walking in the doors makes me smile. The smell of chocolate, the ambiance, and the smiling staff, makes my heart smile. The chocolate is amazing and the presentation is divine. (Tip! Save your box and bring it back for a refill and you will get a free chocolate!) Their coffee and hot chocolate is delicious. I love being able to walk to the back of the store and see the chocolates being made. A true gem of a place!

This place is awesome. We stopped in to buy some chocolates and were greeted by one of the friendly attendants who offered us a sample of the hot chocolate. The best ever! The truffles are beautiful works of art. We bought a box to send as a gift. Our server gave us the “tour” of the different types so we could choose the ones we wanted and then boxed them for us. We elected to have them ship them for us and they arrived within 2 days. The recipient was delighted. Wonderful products, fun experience, excellent service.

These guys are SO sweet!! My husband and I came in to build a chocolate box for our one year anniversary and the employee that helped us (his name has slipped my mind) was so funny and kind, he was super helpful with our purchase. Would 100% recommend.

Wow on the coffee and experience! Went in just thinking I was getting another cup of coffee, What an all around experience. The service was phenomenal by the staff, tried several free samples they offered and recommended to make sure I got a great cup off coffee. Sat there in and incredibly nice place and enjoyed it.

Had great service, loved the truffles and coffee! The employees were so helpful and answered questions about the history of the building. Great place to stop and rest when walking downtown.

Amazing service and a nice relaxing quiet atmosphere. The chocolate is to die for! I had the Upper Animas as well and it is quite good, nice temperature and a perfect flavor and a hint of cinnamon.
