The staff was incredible! They know everything there is to know about their chocolates. I was just browsing but left with a bag full of goodies. I can't wait to go back on my way home.

As soon as I saw the sign I had to circle the block and stop! I was greeted by the most amazing Building smell and the greatest staff! I was offered a sample of the most amazing liquid chocolate drink and was guided to the PERFECT coffee chocolate drink. I browsed the AMAZING chocolatelat an coffee beans. Picking out some chocolate bunnies and bars and chocolate for coffee and milk..i had to force muslef to stop. It was so so great. I'm a customer forever!

Wow, what an amazing place! Beautiful shop. These people really know their chocolate... The staff was super knowledgeable, and friendly too. Their hot chocolate is what dreams are made of. Thank me later.

Excellent experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is not only a coffee shop but a chocolate factory. The decor is incredible. The ceiling is covered with tin decorative ceiling tiles making the shop delightfully nostalgic, coupled with the white balcony above it takes you back in time. I had a coffee drink called the Miner Express. Incredible. Peppermint cane, chocolate, whip cream and two shots of espresso. For sale is an enormous selection of gift packs full of chocolate delights. Also for sale are incredible looking truffles and much more. There is a state of the art chocolate factory in the back half of the building and you can watch magic being made through the glass doors. The weather was warm and I had more shopping to do so I was concerned the chocolate I purchased would melt. The man helping me said they would hold my purchase at the shop until I finished shopping. I will be back.

A must stop shop- don't miss it. Fantastic chocolate. Try the Animas single origin Guatemalan organic. When you unwrap it, there's a cool & creative surprise inside for map readers...
Coffee is great too & the chill, friendly guys behind the counter make it a cool place to hang out for awhile to enjoy The 3 C's: Coffee, Chocolate and... well the last "C" is just around the corner at the Rec Room.

Five stars! It's a simple thing, but I love how detailed the menu was and that it was available to pick up and hold. Only downside is they aren't open enough! Very reasonable prices also.

Absolutely the best coffee shop I've been to. World traveler who has seen many shops. The coffee is amazing. The chocolate is fantastic. The staff is out of this world. Not too many places compare in terms of friendly, skilled staff.

Wonderful service! Super friendly staff and a lively but not loud atmosphere. Truffles taste like their worth $5 for only $2.50 and their coffee absolutely crushes Starbucks and Dutch Bros. This place is a must-stop at your next Durango visit.
