I loved this restaurant. Upon walking in we were promptly greeted and seated. The restaurant is beautiful! The servers were wonderful and made some great suggestions. All of our food was delicious. We had the lamb and shrimp Alfredo pasta. The lamb was perfectly cooked and everything was well seasoned. The restaurant is the perfect blend of fun night out along with great food and drinks. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and they were very sweet with him. I would definitely visit this restaurant when in LA again.

Can’t say enough good things. Drinks are 10/10, good is 10/10, ambiance is 10/10. Very LA restaurant, but a great one. No more pricey than most things in LA. Great for tourists and foodies.

I went to Sur on a Saturday night. Had a reservation. We were seated at the front in kind of a patio section. I get what they are trying to do with the drapes but it just looks a little dated. Time for a renovation I think.
Ok... the food was delicious. It was a very simple style of food... nothing fancy. I think they should elevate the menu. It’s time! I had the crispy chicken and it was great... but it’s just chicken and for $30 they could put a twist on it. Steak was good also. The potstickers were tasty. The desserts, one was a cobbler with ice cream and the other was a crepe with dulce de Leche. Very nice. I ordered a margarita with a tajin rim and they said they didn’t carry tajin. That’s pretty strange for a full bar in West Hollywood.
Go once, you go twice though.

While traveling to the LA area, I had to take my wife to one of the restaurants she sees all the time on the RHOBH & Vanderpump Rules. We chose to go to SUR. We made dinner reservations for a group of 10 at 7:00 on a Monday, and had no trouble getting in. The place wasn't very busy (yet) which was nice since it let us be a bit touristy without standing out too much.

The place is beautiful, with a very eclectic decor. We were fortunate to get seated in one of the outdoor areas inside the restaurant, under the trees! One word of warning though, while this creates a very nice ambiance, you might find a random leaf fall onto the table our your plate.

As for the food, it was all extremely delicious! We started our meal with the Fried Goat Cheese Balls. They were very rich and creamy. The only negative I can see is that since there are only 3 in an order, and we were splitting them, it left me wanting more!

When it came to the main dishes, I chose the Seared Ahi Tuna with rice and grilled vegetables (squash, zucchini and carrots); my wife went with the Roasted Natural Salmon with side salad and mashed potatoes; and my daughter chose the Roasted Filet Mignon with rice, side salad, and french fries. Everything was cooked perfectly.

The Ahi Tuna was one of the best renditions I have ever had. I also tried my wife's salmon, which had a wonderful crisp on the outside while still being tender and juicy on the inside. I didn't try the filet mignon, buy my daughter said it was deliciously flavored and cooked perfectly to medium well. The sides were all very nicely seasoned and prepared.

We did decide to go all out and saved some room for dessert. We tried their New York Cheesecake (with raspberries) and the Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake (with strawberries) as well. They were both very good, but probably the least impressive part of the meal. I'm not saying to skip them, just that they didn't feel like they were anything extraordinary. Still a very nice way to finish off a delicious meal!

Gorgeous place. Nice decoration, beautiful presentation of the dishes. I ordered the 3 eggs with chicken breast dish. It was ok, though I tried the omellet with potatoes and it was great.
It definitely is a recomendable place to have brunch

Huge Fan! Perfect Experience! Made res for Tuesday Night over the summer. We were sat immediately upon arrival. Met a lot of the Cast of the show adored all the different spaces. Might have drank to much! Our food was so tasty. We stayed for James Kennedy’s set and had the best time major social atmosphere! Made plans with some local gals and even met up with them
Next day! Such and evening experience!!

Great food and great service. Jesse was our server he was amazing. Peter greeted us when we arrived, he’s even prettier then he is on tv. Great experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

What a disappointment. This restaurant is showing its age - worn fabrics, wobbly chairs, shaky tables, sticky floors and dirty restroom. Nothing exciting and tasty has been added to its tired menu and its servers seem tired as well.

Demy was a wonderful employee that made sure all was well! Peter was attentive to the light brunch/lunch crowd. SUR is certainly all that what is seen within television and capable of developing into so much more!
