Im not sure of my main servers name, however we had a secondary “server” named Ryan. He was absolutely darling. He was very kind and very fun. He definitely made the experience 10/10. He convinced me of getting the brownie, and i loved it. He did not disappoint. He informed me that he is not yet a server, and i was ASTOUNDED! He definitely deserves that role of serving. Next time i come to Sur, i hope Ryan is my server. Thank you Ryan!!

I really enjoyed tonight’s dinner with my besties to celebrate my birthday. They came in from Houston and Tampa to celebrate. Friends, food, atmosphere and a great server… Jesse. Peter thanks for the fabulous table selection.

The food here was amazing, I was so impressed, HOWEVER, the bathrooms are absolutely deplorable for the amount of money you're spending to eat in a restaurant as "fancy" as this claims to be, they should be absolutely ashamed at the state of their ladies room. I felt like I was in the bathroom of a local dive bar. There was trash all over the floor, the floor was wet, I'm hoping it wasn't urine, and the toilet seat was filthy. Not to mention, it's not exactly affordable for everyone to eat at a place like this, so with that in mind, I think they should consider putting money into rehabing that disgusting closet they call a ladies room. I was so disappointed and disgusted to see that considering the fantastic service and food that I had just enjoyed. Additionally, I was seated in the "Kentucky" room...fine, I don't care, I'm nobody anyway, but my point being that it was unclear to me if there were multiple bathrooms in this establishment or just one...but if there were multiple and that's where you expect your guests to go who DONT have an online following or big name...than all the more reason that you should be ashamed for thinking that anyone is less than and should be subjected to a restroom in the state that I found it.
Keep this in mind if you want to go to SUR...plan to use a restroom elsewhere to avoid being disappointed.
I'm not from Cali, but I would think twice before visiting this restaurant again. Despite all the good I mentioned, that bathroom left a very bad taste in my mouth.

So my boo and I are fans of rhobh and my boo watches Vanderpump rules. We live on the Eastside and get to weho about once a year, usually bc we have an lgbtq friend who is staying over there. The first time we went to SUR it was bc our friend from NYC was staying over there. I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Lisa's son was out waiter and the entire experience was great. It is certainly NOT over priced and anyone who says so doesn't know what they are talking back. I came back with boo for valentines day because I knew she would love it and she did. The food was again good and the service very good. Considering how often the service at la restaurants is totally horrific, SUR deserves credit for being way above the usual. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not have a valet right now because of construction out front.

Sad that somewhere that could have such a great ambience is nothing more than a tourist attraction at this point. Came to kill time before a reservation around the corner and it was a waste of time and money. After being ignored by the bartender when it wasn’t busy, we got a seat and then waited 25 minutes after ordering to get draft beers (again, place was NOT busy at all). Afterwards we couldn’t get the waitress to bring our check, even after asking several other people to get her. Upper management couldn’t care less cause they just spend time taking pictures with fans of the show. Server finally brought the check and quickly walked away so we had to walk over to her to give her our card and then got it back to sign with no pen. Were desperate to get out so literally used my sister’s eyebrow pencil to sign.

Stopped in for a drink during brunch and it was bustling! A lot of Willie Nelson fans dropping in for the VP experience. Peter was friendly and MARCUS was amazing!
A must do when in West Hollywood!

Food was amazing and the service was great. I brought my 9 and 11 year old daughter and they were treated like they belonged there. We were even told that we should come back that night but couldn't due to travel plans. I would definitely come back here. Plus, as a fan of the show, it was extremely cool to see the actual restaurant and meet Peter.

The Valentine's Day prix fixe menu we were made to pay for wasn't enough to feed anyone. Halfway into our dinner, we were already making plans to pick up pizza afterward. The food was bland, with our dessert being the only thing that was tasty. We won't be going back.

My fiancé and I took a trip out to Los Angeles in January and we decided to go to this restaurant. At first everything was great the atmosphere was stunning, but whenever my fiancé and I ordered our food it took a while for it to come out, my fiancés meal was cold, and the waiter made a rude comment about me eating everything super fast and mentioning my weight. I was appalled, had no idea you had to be under 150lbs to eat at SUR🙄

WHAT.A.DUMP!!!!! Literally dying, went on a whim when another reservation fell through, regrets!!
Where do I begin: dusty, fake flowers looked gross, the leather couch adjacent to the bathrooms were torn and had gross stains on the cloth.
THE BATHROOMS EWWWWW, tp strewn everywhere, dirty, disgusting smell and we sat across from them on the torn couch. The food lol, eggs benedict served on a bun from Carl’s Jr,. My 24 yr old daughter told me not to eat the oysters because they looked suspicious. I ordered a glass of Veuve, it had no bubbles and had to have been open the night before.
Peter the manager was great, but clearly annoyed with what little he had to work with.
Clearly Sur survives on random tourists and not returning customers. JUST EWWW, do not waste your money.
