It was a nice experience. The ambiance was great! Didn't care too much about the goat cheese balls or Brussels, but everything else was good. Had the caprese salad w/ grilled chicken. My friend had shrimp and pasta. Drinks were yummy! I had the strawberini. Definitely would go back.

Went to Sur last night to celebrate my birthday. We chose this restaurant because years ago I watched all the Bravo reality TV and thought why not? Well I wish I would have thought otherwise!
We were greeted by Peter who was lovely, we were sat outside and were one of two tables to start (7:15pm on Thursday). Our server was slow to greet us, though the bus boy did ask us for sparkling or flat water prior, so we did get our bottled water promptly.
Our server was a nice woman, friendly just a little slow. We ordered our drinks, which came out in timely fashion. My husband and son ordered the goat cheese balls- which shockingly they were not a fan of.
When I asked the waitress about Gluten Free options she tried to guess, so I asked her to confirm with Kitchen before we ordered the rest of our meal. She came back and informed us all sides were gluten free.
We ordered our entrees shortly after, all at the same time. While waiting for dinner our cocktails were empty, never with a mention of ordering a new one. When our dinner arrived two plates were dropped of the four. When the third came (mine) it was the wrong item. The fourth showed up slightly after - Salmon - cold to the touch. In the meantime before my daughters cold salmon arrived my son was able to finish his entire lasagna to give you an idea of time frame. In addition to her salmon being cold, my food being completely wrong, the Brussels sprouts and truffle fries were dropped- cold. Cold to the touch as well. No sight of server at this point.
I flagged a gentleman down who took my daughters food back to fix- as in reheat which completely over cooked the salmon rendering it dry and tasteless.
When my “steak” arrived- mind you the “wagyu strip” I was shocked! It was 1/8 inch fatty looking steak you would be served in a dive bar or breakfast place like dennys I would guess! It was absolutely not a wagyu cut of beef let alone $75! The manager came over looked at the plate almost confused at what HE WAS LOOKING at. He apologized profusely and obviously took care of it, but here I was on my birthday- no dinner- everyone else is done and the check dropped- with no other options. Happy 40th birthday to me! I wanted to love this restaurant- but I have to say STEAR CLEAR. Pictures of “steak” uploaded for a chuckle….

Nice little place with lots of different areas with unique seating arrangements. I'd say best to Uber to this restaurant or walk if you're close by since there isn't much parking available. Dessert options were pretty good. The Warm Five Nuts Brownie was decent but the best was the Sur Famous Blackberry Cobbler. I forgot to take a pic of the cobbler but highly recommend that one!!

Best brunch in West Hollywood! I had the burrata salad with a side of crispy bacon and it was delicious. What I love about this place is also the decor! I get so much inspiration here. Amazing vibes.

We had the most amazing time here at Sur. We came to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. Our server was Mikayla. She was amazing! The food was delicious! The ambience of the restaurant was amazing! There is also outdoor eating. A wonderful lounge inside to gather with friends and family. We enjoyed every minute there. Thank you to Mr. Guillermo Zapata for taking a photo with my mom on her birthday!

This place is the best! We had the best food, service, and fun! We were first greeted by Ryan who was hard at work, but made us feel so welcome. Then he explained and suggested the best espresso martini, also the best appetizer and even asked about dessert! If it wasn’t for Ryan we probably wouldn’t have had the best experience we did! Then we couldn’t believe he wasn’t a server! He was so on top of everything! He made our night out amazing!

While visiting cousins in California, SUR was a must go to place for me to bring my Navy Vet cousin Frank to for dinner. Being a fan of Vanderpump Rules, I just had to try the goat cheese balls I've heard so much about.
Happy to say, I was not disappointed. ❤️❤️
I then had the skirt steak which was very flavorful and cooked perfectly to my liking.
Would I travel again from Brooklyn New York for dinner at SUR?
Absolutely!!
Not to mention that I was able to meet some of the cast from the show. That was an added bonus for me.
Thank you Peter, Raquel, Charli, and Max ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We visited all three of Vanderpump’s restaurants while in LA. Maybe because of the hype of the show this one was least concerned with service. We had a reservation at the bar that wasn’t available when we arrived. Once seated it took forever to get a drink and then to order food. Drink was good but skip the tuna, it was not good!

The ambiance was amazing. I truly enjoyed the music, decor… truly a vibe. The service was less than expected. Waitress was not attentive, had to remind her of our food. I could tell the food was sitting as the salad leaves were soggy. In addition, someone else finally brought the food and she didn’t come back. I had to get up for necessary utensils. I will give SUR another try for sure!
