SUR Restaurant & Lounge

We had a great time and food was much better than expected. Goat cheese balls were just okay and a small portion, but the main dishes were all well received. I had the carbonara, a colleague had the filet and another colleague had the duck. The duck sauce was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have wanted to visit since I started watching Vanderpump rules years ago, so it was a very exciting experience. My friends and I had a great time, the bartenders and drinks were great and the food was equally as good. Our server Georgina was awesome!! I had one disappointment, and that was not seeing any of the cast from the show, however I didn't really expect to see any. I would def come again and recommend.

My wife is a fan of VP so went here while we were in Hollywood.

Worst calamari of my life. I think they haven’t changed their fryers oil in a really really long time. I would have sent it back but we were at the bar and had pre-paid otherwise I would have asked for it to be taken off the bill.

Seriously though McDonalds knows how to change out bad oil. Get it together.

Excellent experience. Jesse was amazing. The service and ambiance was phenomenal.. I strongly recommend this restaurant. The drinks were on point

Well, give that one a miss.
Coming to LA from the UK visiting SUR Lounge as one of our chosen highlights it was such a disappointing & unpleasant experience.
Food is luke warm to cold and although nicely presented, not to extraordinary taste.
The decor is in need of a re clean.
A real disappointment was the service or welcoming experience of management.
Not expecting more than a well presented show off of the servers but management just takes bad service to another level.
Having watched the show we obviously knew who is who. And seeing a miserable co owner and even more miserable and down right rude bar manager slouching on the chairs by the bar not even acknowledging one’s presence by wishing a good night and maybe a thank you for just spending nearly $700 (party of two) is just the icing on the cake.
We have also visited the Cocktail garden in Cesars Palace-Vegas and setting as well as Service was so much better, so we had high hopes for this one.
Certainly won’t be back and most definitely not be visiting the other Vanderpump establishments which were planned.
Such a shame.

Ryan was so sweet & funny! He literally made my whole night! He was courteous & down to earth....and come to find out he was the table busser....the attention he gave our table was amazing. I wish he was my server!! Our server was great too...the food was delicious, and I highly recommend the sea bass ceviche!

Didn't know anything about the show until friends told me later. This place was great and the staff is amazing. Came here for a quick drink and desert. Totally worth it

I was visiting from Texas on a business trip, and I came here wishing to have an exceptional experience but was met with the opposite.

1. We were guiding to the bar while we waited for our table to get cleaned off. 30 minutes later we were still waiting and had to flag someone down to get seated. But honestly, the drinks were FANTASTIC so thank you to the bartender.

2. I had to leave for a emergency flight back to Texas, my sister remained at the restaurant. The waitress was able to hand me food in a box, but she mistakenly gave me the wrong food ( gave my sister my food, and gave me my sisters food). I wasn’t able to eat the food due to having certain allergies towards the food my sister eats.

3. My sister ordered the Huevos Rancheros w/ Turkey Sausage and I ordered Scrambled Eggs, Croissant French Toast, and Turkey Sausage. With Goat Cheese Balls to start.

My sister let me know the Goat Cheese Balls and Scrambled Eggs were never brought out.

Hopefully when I come back to LA I can get to try them again and have a better experience.

As a VPR fan, I had to stop at SUR during my Oct trip to California. Beautiful atmosphere. The iconic goat cheese balls were amazing. Definitely want to come back!

Dream come true! Had the best time. Peter is a true gem & gentleman!
Food, drinks & service were all great! Thank you for the awesome memories!
