Dutch Bros Coffee

People who enter the drive-through after I had already placed my order at the walk up window, we’re out faster than I was. Y’all should stop prioritizing the drive-through and focus more on customer service. 20+ minutes is really unacceptable for some premade coffee. I’m only giving an extra star because the guy at the window I was friendly and polite.

Every other Dutch Bros that I’ve been to has had immaculate customer service… really nice guy took my order, of double shot over ice (he even asked me questions to help me order what I wanted). Then I get to the window and this other guy who is tall and has dark hair with a pink shirt hands me a hot cup. I let him know I wanted it over ice, and he sighs, puffs, rolls his eyes he says, “next time you want it over ice, make sure to say that because we don’t know what you want.” I informed him that he wasn’t the one who took my order therefore he wouldn’t know that I actually asked for ice. He completely ignored me, slammed the cup on the counter and aggressively walked away without a word. He returned with my correct order but I was just very disappointed with this service.

Drive through line for the 2nd weekend was crazy long but worth it for the great drinks & friendly service. Try The Bob!

Update (Aug-2022). Cool how this place can have a line longer than Starbucks', but they manage it faster, better & never get a drink order wrong. Still loving The Bob!

Great place to get coffee. The person that served us was very friendly and entertaining, and he helped us when we weren't sure about what drink to get. Overall, it was a great place to go, and I would definitely recommend going here.

The drinks were on point! Customer service was very on point! It's nice to be greeted with a smile!😃 Definitely will be coming back for their grand opening!

My first coffee ☕ drink here wasn't as good as starbucks. Decided to give it another try ordered the { nutty irishman}. I'm impressed very refreshing and delicious on this warm afternoon. The service is fast and friendly awesome place to get coffee and refreshments...

The music was too loud, not just me. Many people were repeating their order multiple times. Very frustrating. I like the walk up window, time to stretch and take a break from the stress of traffic. I hope all Dutch Bros turn the volume down a bit.

Took over 15 minutes to get my 2 drinks... don't know why it would take so long.. it was also raining outside and I had to keep coming out of my car to check if they were done multiple times and getting rained on. Drinks are good just not worth 15+ minutes of a wait ...

This location surprisingly had amazing customer service during a brutally hot day. I miss ordered my drink since I’m used to Starbucks and walked up to get my drink correct. The gentleman working outside 9/6 around 1:15 helped me correct my order. The person inside also was doing an amazing job. I noticed his attention of detail, and presentation.

This place used to be very quick at serving. Now it takes an hour to make ONE small coffee. What is going on??? Maybe the people ordering more than four drinks should wait in the parking lot instead of holding up the line or the workers should work instead of making personal conversation with customers.
