Dutch Bros Coffee

the workers are extremely friendly and the drinks are amazing. One time i went to the pickup window and had asked if they still had stickers because i had had 4 other little kids at home who would love them. All of them squealed and proceeded to gather around the cups and decorate the cups with handpicked stickers. By far the best staff ever.

Have fun waiting 30 min in drive thru line while the girl taking orders stops taking orders and goes over to have a conversation with people in the walk up line. Then have fun watching her take their orders while cars pile up in line. Then enjoy the conversation with the guy doing absolutely nothing to help speed up the line because he just hangs out the window and tries to ask you how your day is and if you like the weather. Sticking to Starbucks I guess if I need a drink faster than a half an hour

They seemed either very understaffed or were training a high number of new employees today as it was surprisingly slower than normal. We even needed to wait for a few minutes at the window for one of our two drinks (it was no big deal, and they were trying to be as quick as possible).
Thank you for having the mister set up for the employees as it was a very hot day with minimal air movement. I didn't see any of the outside staff wearing the cool packs other locations have though, and felt bad for them.

Dutch Bros is usually busy, but worth the wait. The customer service is on point. Your orders will usually be taken in person with staff coming to your car to take your order. If you're still waiting in line after placing an order, and your order is ready, they'll sometimes bring your order to you. My favorite drink is the Cold brew annihilator. Not too sweet. It has just the perfect blend of everything.

If I go there feeling down, the staff makes things better. They are very friendly and make me in a better mood, Plus, I am so happy that Dutch Bros. have come to town. I never liked the coffee at that other place...

If you're thinking about working here, DON'T, ESPECIALLY if you have a disability. I wasn't given the accommodations I was told I would have to be successful. I got very inconsistent training from different people with very different methods. The manager himself would either not answer questions during my training so I can learn, or purposefully give wrong info, which in return made passing their tests that much harder. I thought this place would've been a great learning experience, but in the end I felt like I was set up to fail from the start.

The black tea taste like it has vanilla in the drink. The tea is not freshly brewed. The Long lines could move faster if the employees didn't visit each other as they were working.

There is no question on the variety of drinks you can find here to begin your day and or continue your day Sam and Makayla run this place as if you are part of their family. First time I try the strawberry banana chocolate milk shake it's was stupendous and wow once again Dutch bros Rules..... thanks guys yall are very dedicated. Sam your crew is awesome...

This is our favorite Dutch Bros! The staff is friendly and the line goes quick. We love being able to customize our drinks for those that don't drink coffee. My son enjoys the peppermint hot cocoa.
