This is not your ordinary coffee shop. As soon as you walk in, you are transported to Latinx beauty.
There is pan dulce, there’s flowers everywhere with a swing, and a Spanish phrase “sienta el pedorro.”
The duvalin was too sweet for me but if you like the actual duvalin, then you’ll like it.
The torta is literally like a torta from Mexico or if you ever saw Chavo del ocho then imagine that!
The drinks are good and honestly if you’re going to pay $5 at Starbucks then you might as well come here to support a Latinx owned business.
Don’t expect a full brunch place. There are a few tables to sit and the line is usually LONG.
If you’re into a fab backdrop, then come ready for a photo shoot lol
Each time I have been here, it’s around $25 for one person. It depends what you buy.
Highly recommend = aguas frescas. I’ve only had the pepino con agua and omg delicious!!!!
Torta= $12.50
Club sandwich =$12.50
Coffee= varies

I can’t believe that I am just now discovering this amazing place. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious chai tea. The food looks amazing. I will have to come back and try their avocado toast . I was going to get my chai to go, but instead, I decided to stay and catch up on my email from here. I’m coming back! I will be a regular.

Glad to see this new place adding a variety to san jose caffe scene and getting recognized. There’s always a long line so I had to check it out. Ordered cafe de olla, cafe latte - mentioned the most based on reviews. Unfortunately, like many other said, cafe de olla was way too sweet for me even though I have a big sweettooth. Cafe latte wasn’t bad but wasn’t special either. But it seems worth visiting if you’re looking for a cute cafe/date spot.

I had the horchata matcha and it was honestly the best matcha drink i’ve ever had. We also got the americano and a straight coffee both were delicious. For food we got the caprease toast and the regular avacado toast along with the grilled cheese. The capreasse toast is definitely a better deal than the regular avocado. The concha looked so good. Overall the aesthetic of the place was adorable and so nice. there wa a line out the door but there is a limit of the time you can sit. the line is definitely worth it for the drinks and food.

Super popular Mexican Cappuccino spot in downtown San Jose.
Was inspired to go here by a friend that couldn't go.
The Horchata Cap was so good I should've gotten two of 'em. Would've helped for going to Opening Day for the Giants.
Try to go when it's not so busy. I waited way too long for my one drink. It was worth the wait. But in reality you shouldn't have to wait 30+mins for one cappuccino.

Its amazing. I got the white mocha and it was good. What makes it unique is that they have these printed pictures of artists on your coffee ( if you want) and it attracts people. Would recommend this place.

Tip: remember this is a new place so expect wait time to be longer than usual. New businesses adjust and may not have it all put together in the beginning. Have some grace. I would suggest you go midweek, non-peak hours for shorter lines. Don't expect to go during rush hour or on the weekend and think you will be in and out in 10 min. Please be patient and courteous.
I went on a Monday around 945am. My wait was about 20 min to order and about 10 min for my drink. Pastries are given to you right away. The seating inside was already all taken but we found a table outside.
This is a modern take on a Mexican panaderia/cafe. Cafe con pan is a Hispanic tradition. This won't be the place you trade in for your local panaderia. It's a coffee shop.
You can add some non-traditional coffee shop flavors to your coffee for a delicious treat. I ordered the iced latte with their horchata syrup. They also have a tres Leche syrup I will go back to try. I will also like to try their cafe de olla. They do have milk alternatives for those with dairy intolerances (soy, Almond and oak).
I had one of their sweet breads called Conchas but in the cupcake form to try something different, they named Conchitas. It's cute. Their regular Conchas are really small compared to the traditional ones you will see in a panaderia, but have one to compare the taste and for the experience. (If you have a nut allergy, you may need to skip their pan dulce)
The price is what you would expect for a trendy, hip, modern new coffee shop right in the middle of downtown.
I would recommend at least one visit to try for yourself. There is a range of drinks from: flavors, hot, cold, coffee, juices, and taste that may interest you.
***Something extra:
You can add an image to any hot drink for free. You share an image from your gallery and that image will be printed on the top of your drink. I have seen this before in tea shops and it is creative. It's free, so why not have fun with it.

Place is really colorfully decorated and has a very aesthetically pleasing design. I had the Caprese Toast (i think it was called) and the Chai. The chai was delicious; the toast, not so much.
Overall, this place has a lot to uniquely offer so I'd definitely recommend coming to check it out. If not for the food, just for the beauty in detail and decor.

My partner and I regularly drive past this corner on our way home from the gym so ever since they put up their sign months ago I’ve been dying to see what would be taking place of the ol’ Starbucks. Well, after attending the grand opening I have to say I’m beyond excited to make this my go-to place for coffee 🥳 The decor is lovely and fun, especially the swing by the main entrance! Forgot to take pics of our order but along with trying a sample of the hot café de olla while waiting in line, we ordered the café en las rocas, iced latte, the club, and a torta de jamón. The drinks were refreshing and the food was delicious (hefty portions too)! My one qualm would be that the menu did not list pepper jack cheese in the torta, and as one of those weird Mexicans that doesn’t usually do spicy (and asked for the torta without jalapeño) the pepper jack was a surprise to bite into. Still tasty, just surprising. All in all, fantastic experience!

Clean, fresh, fast, ladies were very welcoming and polite.
Horchata with cafe super delicious and the pan Dulce so so yummy. Would definitely recommend everyone to try it out.
