First time here drove 1hr. To Order took 10mins waiting for my food was 15-20mins I asked to dine in. HEADS UP not enough room to dine in we were waiting for a table to sit down while waiting for our food APPARENTLY FIRST COME SERVE for SITTING SO PAY ATTENTION CAUSE IF SOMEONE HASNOT ORDER N IS STILL INLINE THEY CAN TAKE THE TABLE. HAPPEND TO US AND TALKED TO THE CASHIER GIRL DIDNT DO ANYTHING SO IF U ARE WAITONG FOR A TABLE AND SOMEONE THAT HASNT ORDER CAN JUST GO AHEAD AND SIT . WE WEREN'T ANLE TO DINE IN THEY WANTED US TO KEEP WAITING FOR A TABLE or DINE OUT . REALLY BAD EXPERINCE REASON WHY WE WANTED TO DINE IN CAUSE IM VERY SENSITIVE TO COLD DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES . not thinking of coming again never experience something like this. They need to find a bigger place dinning is bad. I was really excited to get a RAUW ALEJANDRO LATTE but disappointed

Such an amazing new San Jose gem!!! An awesome place to get a great cup of coffee and amazing food choices!!! And don’t forget to get yourself an amazing latte art with a picture of your choice!!!!

Unless you want good coffee it’s a good spot other than that everything else taste bland and overpriced you can go to other local non-gentrified actual authentic restaurant and get better food and pan dulce

The iced horchata latte is amazing! It was a perfect blend of strong coffee with the right amount of sweetness. The concha was probably the best one I’ve had, it was so soft and fluffy. The cashier who took my order was also very sweet. The vibes are amazing, would definitely recommend stopping by!

Lovely service, such a fun atmosphere, and I enjoyed my chai and pan dulce thoroughly. The sandwiches looked good, too, so I'll have to try another day. My only complaint was I wish it was bigger/had more indoor seating, but I'm not going to rate down for that. Not in the Bay Area. 😅

Waited in line for over an hour no one bothered to inform the people waiting in line that they where sold out of conchas gigantes. Would have been nice to be told of this to avoid wasting time.

Great ambiance and customer service. Very accommodating about my gluten allergy! Totally will come again!!

I really liked their coffee, pastries, and decor, but the main problem was the loud music. It was really hard to have a conversation in there, it almost felt like a bar/club. Also my table was a little bit dirty, which I had to clean it myself. The WiFi cuts you out after an hour which is annoying. Nevertheless, the customer service was great, the prices are pretty reasonable, and the iced caramel latte I think has cajeta in it which made the drink really good. I think if they just chose different music and lowered the volume and payed more attention to cleaning the tables this place would be great.
