Service was not good at all, or organize. Small place, coffee was not good at all, sugar and milk. The tortas are overpriced and simple. Mexico bakery has better bread and tortas for a better price. The concept is there but I seen it before,. If you want to experience an Instagram photo just go to Sons and Garden. Will never go there again.

This place is so unorganized. The communication is bad. We came on a Saturday around 2pm I believe, no seats packed out. We asked the waitress to put us on the waitlist to be seated inside. She mentioned the wait time 45 min ok fine. So we sat outside until a spot opened up. One hour and 30 minutes later people leaving and the waitress never cleaned a table or had us seated inside. The food took about 20 minutes they just put the food on the counter expecting people just to assume it’s theirs. Our food was sitting on the counter they never called our name or gave us a table. The bread was cold soggy it was the Avocado Toast. Poor management. People/workers need to be keeping a eye on the tables and make sure they are seating people. Very unorganized people don’t know their positions it’s seems. We waited and never bothered to ask if the table was ready because at that point we were just ready to leave.

Very bad experience with customer service. They didn’t have tamales or champurado and I was there at 8:30 am. On social media they make it seem like this is the best place to come but in my personal and honest opinion it was not a good experience for me. This lady that works here came to our table and told us can you please throw your trash away like omg lady we will! We’re not pigs! I forgot to get her name 😒

Would recommend getting the iced dulce the leche one of my favorites. The white chocolate mocha was also good.

A totally fine place to get a coffee or something. Tends to be busier than you'd expect. Personally I stay away from the sweet drinks, because they are true to their name. Watch out at the register - it's pretty common to get double charged for something if you're not paying attention.

Probably the best coffee shop in San Jose and maybe in the BayArea. The coffee and pastries are absolutely delicious. The people are welcoming and nice. The vibe is inclusive, diverse and friendly. I travel a lot and this place I would put it on my top 5 shops to visit in the entire world. 🌎

It's expensive for a pandaria but you pay for the atmosphere. Cool touristy place to take someone from out of town. And the speciality menu allows you to add a photo of your choice on top of your hot drink.
I hope they open a 2nd location.

Took 40 minutes for 2 mocha espresso. Way too long. That's longer then a restaurant wait! It has a unique flavor; but not worth it for the long wait

Your big hype is the famouse big conchas. Yet we traveled 2 almost 3 hrs for my son's birthday and there was nothing left. Even a bakery makes fresh bread the entire day it's open. You should really let people know that by 12pm you have nothing left so they won't travel and waist their time.

Came here today and definitely worth the wait. Mangonada was delicious. Will definitely be back soon. Make sure to get there early or you’ll be waiting in line for some time.
