Good bagels and a ton of seating (including 30+ barstool counter seats with lots of power outlets underneath). The line was quite long on opening day and I bet it will remain pretty long for many months at least. The bay area is always on the lookout for a good bagel place (because there aren't many) so whenever a new contender shows up they get mobbed.

Love love love this place! It's right next door to my office and I couldn't be more in love! The bagels are perfectly squishy on the inside, but just crispy enough on the outside. I've tried plain, salt, and everything and while I haven't found a bagel I love yet, I've never been dissatisfied.
They use giant salt crystals (similar if not fluer de sel) on their salt and everything bagels and oof it packs a salty punch.
Love this place and will continue coming for a bagel pick-me-up!

If you’re going to charge $3.50 for a bagel it’d better be $&@“ing fantastic. It is. Excellent bagels, but the real star is their cream cheeses. Just outstanding! And the gravlax is reaaally good. My wife dragged me to Daily Driver, but... I absolutely loved it. We’ll be back. And yes the coffee is also good.

Wow good bagels. Perfectly toasted and super crunchy on the outside. Veggie cream cheese was delicious and full of real veggies. Price was a bit high ($3.50 for the bagel, $1.50 for the veggie cream cheese) but it is definitely a delicious bagel.

These bagels are completely overpriced, over twice as much as most other gourmet bagels ($38.50 for a dozen bagels). Worse than that, they were slightly burned and otherwise completely lacked bagel flavor. The butter, which is touted as cultured on site and sells for $16 dollars, is similarly bland. I would not return.

I came in and had a Ruben bagel. It was pretty good, but the bagel itself was pretty small. After I left I went home and had a protein bar because I was still hungry. I get SF is expensive, but for the price ($14) I expect a bit more food.

Mediocre. First off everything is overpriced. They state in responses to other reviews it's so they can pay competitive wages, but it's because it is a bagel shop that probably cost $1M to open with a triple modbar espresso machine and giant ovens. $3.5 for a bagel is egregious. This is not the Tartine of bagel manufacturing.

I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and the cashier told me they don't have a toaster. $5 for a bagel with cream cheese and they cannot toast it. He tried to convince me that because it was wood fired that it would be like a toaster bagel but not crispy. That's just a warm untoasted bagel. Also the bagels are quite small. You can absolutely have a better bagel almost anywhere in SF and for half the price and toasted. Plus one star because the space has nice natural lighting.

Super nice folks! Line moved quickly and the bagels are delicious. Planning repeat visits to try all the cheeses!

The look and feel of the place is cool, modern, and gives a fresh look to an old idea: the neighborhood bagel shop. That being said, both the food and environment left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff was abrupt, agitated and gave the impression that my business was not appreciated. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for it. The "fresh out of the oven" bagel, that I was sooooo looking forward to devouring, was SO SALTY I could not continue after my second bite. I am not bagel connoisseur, but I have had my fare share, and I have never had a bagel this salty. Stale, maybe, too salty to the point I could not eat it - never. Maybe some QA on every batch would help.... They just opened so maybe this is part of "opening night jitters". Not sure if I will head back, but if I do and they improves I will be glad to change the review! Note: My wife had hers and it was also too salty, and it was chewy. I asked they to toast hers, and they said they don't toast them since they are "fresh out the oven".... Well hers was NEITHER TOASTED NOR FRESH out of the oven then - so.... :-/

The interior of this place is really awesome and clean, it's pretty massive too. Almost too grand for what is just a bagel shop basically. It's quite expensive which I guess makes sense here so oh well. My bagel was pretty good, and they are highly customizable which is fun. They have tons of options and even a potato bagel for example. Would come back to chill some time
