Bagel was pretty good. Cream cheese is gross. It tasted sour. I thought it had gone bad like spoiled. But it’s like this every time. Everyone that I know has gone here thinks the same. If they could fix that I would go here sometimes. They could even just have little things of Philadelphia cream cheese or other packaged brand for sale. I don’t mean I think Philadelphia is great cream cheese. But it’s much better than the cream cheese here.

I’m really not picky about my cream cheese. I just have never been somewhere that had such bad cream cheese that it ruins the entire experience. Especially for being an expensive place. I guess they are trying to be different. But it’s a bummer since I like the atmosphere and I live nearby so it would be a great place to grab bagels and work on my computer sometimes

Bagel Update! Worlds best bagels!! They keep me energized when I’m surfing big waves for long periods of time but most importantly they are the most tasty…turns out the best bagels are in CA. Thank you team!!! #bagelupdate

Bagels are high quality- small and dense compared to the Brooklyn ones I’m used to. Cream cheese & all sandwich ingredients are also top notch- but then you get to the prices and realize it’s a little over the top. $12-$15 for a bagel sandwich? Definitely a splurge, not your everyday bagel & coffee joint.
Even a gravlax bagel should top out at $10- oh, San Francisco. Beautiful interior space reminds you where your bagel fortune is going.

Bagels aren’t that good and variety was terrible. I asked for a mixed dozen in a box but was given 16 in only 3 varieties in 3 bags. $41 for 16 bagels is expensive. They don’t toast bagels. They don’t print receipts. The cashier didn’t understand English and is why the order was screwed up. The place looks cool and clean.

Went here on a Sunday morning. The atmosphere was lovely -- large, open space with great spots to work or hang out. Unfortunately, it might have been the worst bagel I've ever eaten, and the cream cheese was even worse. The cream cheese (we got plain) in particular was so bad, my partner threw out his entire bagel. Kind of like cottage cheese? It was bizarre. Unfortunate because the spot was so cute! I'd come back for coffee only.

Bagels aren’t great, more just like a flavored bread, but cream cheese really was a big miss. It’s more like a dry cottage cheese spread. Not for me, didn’t finish my bagel.

such a cute cozy place to relax in the morning! plenty of room to spread out, and the food was surprisingly incredible for something that sounds as simple as bagels. thanks joey for all your help!!

Tiny overpriced bagels. The lox is overwhelmingly salty. Coffee is very mid. Gets an extra star for a large space

I asked for a bacon egg and cream cheese and was told the kitchen can’t mix the egg with the cream cheese - I laughed, the entire line behind me did the same and left.
