Dutch Bros Coffee

I finally made it to Dutch Bros Coffee!! Living in Los Angeles, Ca, there are ZERO close by. Most in CA are up north, boooo. While in Ridgecrest, CA, I accidentally stumbled upon Dutch Bros Coffee and was super excited to try it finally. I immediately made a u-turn and made my way into the drive-thru. Their drive-thru entrance gave me Disneyland vibes. They had like 2 or 3 Drive-thru entrance lanes. The time we went, it wasn't crowded, but maybe they have their moments where it is.

I went ahead and ordered one of their most popular drinks, Dutch Classic Caramelizer. Man, O, Man! It was so delicious; I swear I finished it on just a few sips, haha. It was excellent and different from other coffees I have had. I'm sad that there isn't one closer to me!

The staff was friendly and they all had great attitudes and seemed happy, which made me happy and makes me want to come back. The drive thru and the whole area seemed clean and well maintained. Thank you Dutch Bros for a great experience! Thank you to the employees for having great attitudes and giving me some of that good positive energy!

Always get served with a smile! And they're always interested in what you're doing which is really fun because I've never had that happen in a drive-thru. It's a great place to go to for the food and also for the servers! Today I had forgotten to add something to my order and when I got to the window they added it for me with no problem!

This was the first time I had the opportunity to try Dutch Bros Coffee. I was greeted with such friendly staff that I could have ordered the whole menu.

As they had guided me, I ordered their Golden Eagle Chai with soft foam (I think it was called). If you love carmel and vanilla flavors in your chai, it's a must try. Please note that this is an iced drink.

Additionally, I saw their espresso machine oozing fresh liquid gold, so I also got a double espresso. This was delightful.

Lastly, I got a lemon poppyseed muffin top, which I wasn't the biggest fan of.

This is the best Durch bros I have ever been to. The staff is so nice and actually care about quality control and allergies. Athe lancaster location could definitely learn from these guys. The guy who took our order was so friendly and accommodating and took my sons allergies seriously and let the staff know how serious his dairy allergy was. The drinks tasted very good and definitely could tell a difference. I was really pleased and really loved my white chocolate lavender freeze.

Was great and fast when it first opened. Now it takes you 45 minutes to get your coffee. Definitely not worth it. Bring your employees back, this is ridiculous. Typical corporate bs

I LOVE THE MORNING CROWD. We stop in after the gym and their drinks are consistent and so yummy! I get my drink sugar free, extra sweet!! It's Soo good and a much healthier option 👏

Awesomely nice people. I had never been there before and I told them what I like to drink and what they suggested was great.
My sister in AZ told me about this place so my daughter inlaw tried at Christmas and she too liked it. Unfortunately she can't get any more because she lives in HI. You need to build there. Where I go they only have dirve through or you can walk up.

The shine is wearing off.
Been going here since they opened, comparison from opening weeks to now:
Service has drastically slowed down, taking 5 minutes per car.
Drinks are still great, but my recent visit left me unsatisfied with what I've come to expect from Dutch Bros.
Pictured is what I recieved today after ordering a large Nitro Cold Brew with light ice. I did take one sip but essentially there was 1/4 of the drink missing. When I asked I was given a half reason based on light ice. Also, it tasted like regular Cold Brew, not Nitro. Very disappointed with the degrading customer experience.

Super friendly employees with lots of energy and positivity. The wait time wasn't bad considering they were super busy.

My first time every trying dutch Bros coffee and I think it's amazing. Paired with the employees they gave working there it's definitely a must try.

Definitely will visit again when I come to visit the area.

I’ve been going to Dutch bros for few months now, drink have been great but their service is awful. I have had multiple experiences where it took over 30 minutes to get one drink made. I’ve seen the baristas talking to customers they know when there is a line of cars waiting for orders to be taken, hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
