Take {5ive} Coffee Bistro

This might be the best thing about china lake. I’d be here every morning if I were stationed here. Good, cheap food, served by lovely ladies, and leather couches upon which to sit and watch fox news.

Always friendly staff, reasonable prices. Better than the Starbucks off base.

This place is great for a quick bite and something to drink. Comfortable well air conditioned eating area for those not in a rush.

Should have just went to an actual Starbucks off of base. Went in at 11am on a Wednesday and they said, "We actually ran out of espresso and can't make cappuccinos or lattes. We just have regular coffee".

Great coffee, friendly service. The breakfast burritos are made fresh to order, and they're hustled out. The breakfast sandwiches are great too. Highly recommend

Always serve better drinks that what you can get at the local Starbucks and are always so incredibly courteous and polite! Great if you are grabbing a quick bite before work or on lunch!

We came to try their coffee twice. Both times were disappointed. Their blended coffee tasted awful and way too sweet, almost chemical. Next time we would go out to cafe shop in town.

Their new food menu is delicious and that cook is amazing. Take 5 made a great decision to offer more food diversity for those of us working on base!
