The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I've always enjoyed CBTL for variations on coffee and tea drinks. Unlike their competitor, I like their teas the most. Their cold brew teas are refreshing. Their pumpkin Chai ice blended is always a nice change from the PSL.

I ordered an iced caramel latte and got a large black coffee. Not to mention I ordered it while at work so I had no choice but to drink it.

Drinks are good but the baristas are always moody. Can never get a friendly hello or friendly response about anything half the time or they’re condescending with their response. Note to manager: you need to work on communication skills with your baristas. I only spend my $$$ here since it’s closer than the other locations.

Enjoyed my first time here. And the drink. Gonna try more things out for sure. Glad they are open at 5 am.

Quaint place near home. All my orders were made correctly. My favorite coffee place.

I LOVE THEIR COFFEE&TEA! I had to skip one star, maybe even two because the customer service LACKS in a MAJOR way. It is really bad and it is very unfortunate.

I was given a hazelnut ice blended one day and now I'm in love(I don't even care for hazelnut) it is so so good!

I have had a few issues and not said anything but on here it's important y'all know that there are a few employees here who are just horrible. For example, I witnessed while waiting for my drink a mom came in with her daughter after making a mobile order and got a mocha drink with extra cream. The drink was as dark as it gets(no cream) she came in and asked why and was told, "oh we have no cream(the kid wouldn't even stop what he was doing and come make it better) she was very upset. Heads up- if you cannot fulfill an order for your customers, stop what you are doing and find out how you can make it right! It is not hard and why lose a customer? This is only one short version of an example.. managers are not great either so it really explains alot.

Walked in and waited like ten minutes without even being acknowledged the barista was busy talking to a coworker while workink. Seemed extremely laid back like she didn’t even want to finish the drink. Wasn’t ever attended to so I just left

Coffee was good but customer service was not great. It was very slow to place the order.

I prefer this shop to StarBucks. I don't like StarBucks so that's not saying much, but I do like this shop.

Placed order and it was not ready by ready time. Workers don't even seem like they are in any rush to complete orders, they are just one first gear and the person bagging the ready orders looks as lost as we are waiting for our orders. It took 20 minutes to make large blended ice coffee drink
