We had a great coffee experience at Redlands The Coffee Bean And Tea Leaf! Perfect coffee,friendly servers,clean store,plenty of free parking-loved it!

Great coffee and experience. Felt like the staff really loved their job and coffee. Great energy. The Coffee Bean offers is crushed ice.

Epic fail today at this Coffee Bean. I ordered a Macadamia White Chocolate with an add shot. Waited 15 minutes for it to be done, I grabbed my drink as soon as it was called out so it wasn't sitting. When I tasted it, it was luke warm not hot. They offered to remake it. I waited again and then it was so hot it burned my tongue. All I wanted was for them to make the drink at the normal temperature and I guess because I sent it back I got punished. It was a very busy morning so I was willing to wait and didn't complain about that. I went to work and it took over 20 minutes for my drink to cool down enough to drink it and the milk tastes burnt. I'm bummed I wasted my birthday reward on this drink 😔. Don't go to this location when it's super busy!!

Man oh man today I took a drive out to Redlands to get my coffee fix here at Coffee Bean and the male barista who made my cold brew made it with LOVE! made my day! Here's a picture to show proof of the yummy cold brew! Thanks again.

My husband and I came her for a cup of coffee for a breakfast morning date. We each got a coffee, regular size and I got overnight oats. Spent $18!. I can say that is an average price at a coffee shop. The overnight oats were so so good. They blew my mind!. However I do wish there was a hot vegan option for maybe oatmeal or a pastry or something. There was some good breakfast options even a chorizo and egg burrito. It's just ok. Corporate. Next time we will go to a smaller family owned coffee shop. It was still ok though. Happy they weren't harassing people though as a few homeless went inside to get out of the rain and charge thier phones.

I was in the mood for a drink forthe long drive home amd I was pleased that the staff asked me what my likes were. We settled on a blended mocha with a bear claw to go with it. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was very clean and tidy. Situated right off Orange Street comma access was easy and the coffee house was simple to find. I sat down here before and I'm glad I returned.

The batista that helped me was Awesome! She was very friendly, helpful and made my NSA, decaf blended mocha beautifully! I wish I could remember her name but SHE ROCKS!

This location has gone downhill recently. A few weeks ago, operations were in visible disarray. The lobby was full of people that had already ordered, and were just standing around. Orders were being made wrong, and the manager was openly cussing. Whatever, some days are like that.

Yesterday we went back because we had a free drink or pastry offer on our app. Bought two drinks and chose to share a free pastry. The cashier scanned the app, then inexplicably canceled the transaction, nullifying the rewards offer. When my wife brought it up, the cashier said that it was “probably expired.”

When my wife told her we just received it, she told us that we probably had the app open a long time. She doesn’t leave apps open. She had just opened it minutes earlier in the parking lot.

I’ve seen other coffee shops use this technique to get out of honoring the corporate rewards offers. So if you’re a frequent CBTL flyer, beware.

Had a regular hot macha latte. A bit sweet for me, may be perfect for someone else. Was not chaotic around 2 PM, discount available via the social hour app.

I love this place. The pumpkin latte is my favorite. The service was fast and the cashier was very friendly. The place is perfect to go with family.
