The Modern Tea Room

The modern tea room is amazing. I really enjoyed the vegan poptarts with the berry blast and the Hawaiian fusion. I'd suggest it for any family outing.

They make some tasty tea! The food is delicious too. My family and I particularly enjoy the many vegan options. The price is very reasonable too.

Great place, the food is very good, and the staff is very accommodating. In my opinion, the best place for brunch at the Boulevard. Kombucha on tap is great!

This is a wonderful little place. The tea is absolutely delicious. The staff is also lovely. I highly recommend coming here. Affordable and delicious.

As a tea person, I've always valued a wonderful atmosphere matching the tea and what they gave was exquisite. The ladies were lovely as well as the gentlemen and I'm definitely coming back just to finish another pot!🖤

I have come to MTR for a few years and no other place has compared. Just the environment is worth every penny. The atmosphere and love put into this food just fills me with peace and relaxation. When ever I feel worn down I come here and somehow I leave refreshed and healed! I love the owner with all my heart and I never can remember her name. I’m sorry hun.

I absolutely love the modern tea. The main reason is because they offer vegan options. The majority of restaurants up here in the AV only cater to meat eaters. And it’s tiring and sad. We have so many people who live up here who are vegan or plant based.

My favorite meals from the Modern tea room are the vegan French toast with the blueberry topping, the vegan breakfast burrito with added jackfruit, and the jackfruit burrito (at lunchtime). The food is fresh and there in minimal to no processing. You can taste all of the ingredients. Nothing is masked. I just discovered that they have a dope lunch menu.

On top of the fresh food, the service is consistently friendly. CONSISTENTLY. I notice the staff dresses very relaxed and I love it. You just feel really comfortable being there. No negative vibes or anything.
