Ordered a London fog, was great even if a little too sweet. Nice atmosphere, perfect for waiting in the morning before taking the train

Soooo good! Everything is amazing here! No matter what you order you will always be pleased with your order. A little on the pricey side I would rate it $$ for the menu prices but you can taste the quality in the food and the drinks! I definitely would recommend going here for a lunch or brunch date anyday of the week!

A cozy spot with an abundance of teas. Set yourself, good food and vegan friendly, good staff.
Ive ordered a caffeinated drink but was unable to have the caffeine, so they adjusted it to a modified version. I've likely had a different variation of the drink each time I've ordered it as a decaf, but each time it has been just as good and I truly appreciate that they modify it for me

Quite impressed with the extensive vegan menu! Super friendly server as well! Came very close to coming back again before heading to LA even though it would have meant travelling in the wrong direction for 30+ miles. Can’t wait for the day when I’m back in Lancaster and get to eat here again.

I went here with a work colleague and we both enjoyed it very much. The cold tea we ordered was great. I had a salad and my colleague had the grilled cheese sandwich which he enjoyed very much. Definitely would go again!

The environment is really chill and everyone here is nice and professional. I’ll be back more often for sure. They offer vegan and non vegan options too.

The Modern Tea Room is amazing. Not only is the food to die for, but the teas..... omg the teas. There are so very many to choose from and the staff there are all so very helpful in choosing and the best way to drink it. I would go there every day just for my hot plum and pear sweetened pot of goodness!!! If you like tomato soup you HAVE to try theirs!! Seriously. This place is comfy, cozy, and a great atmosphere to just be. I recommend it hands down over anywhere else in Lancaster!!!

The staff here is SO FUN and friendly! I always feel welcome. I'm a huge tea drinker and their wide selection of tea concoctions always has me excited. The food could be a little better for the price, but the cool atmosphere and staff make up for that.
