The Modern Tea Room

I honestly love this place they have the best milk teas. They make them fresh to order and then if you're hungry they have the best food as well. I love places that pride themselves in quality and if that is what you're looking for, this will be your spot that you will fall in love with.

The Modern Tea Room is an absolute must try place! The teas are phenomenal! I typically grab two at a time. The staff is attentive and friendly, Lindsey always knows how to make my tea choices perfect.

When it comes to food, you can't go wrong with any choice as everything is delicious. But, I always grab two orders of Cracker Bites and I enjoy their Chicken Lettuce Wraps as a starter. My favorite sandwich there is the Mexicana due to the perfect spice and flavor you get in every bite. Although my wife just introduced me to the Modern Egg Salad Sandwich, wow that's an amazing twist on such a classic. I'm not a Vegan but, the Jackfruit Burrito is so delicious!

This place takes a few visits before you can try out the entire menu but each visit gets better then the last. They understand clean good healthy food and they understand teas to a science!

A surprisingly good Cubano sandwich with great seasonal beverages. Service is a little slow but was worth it for the food.

Love this place. Has amazing service and really good vegan food. Who would have known this exists in Lancaster! I will definitely be back.

Everything on the regular menu is delish (top notch sandwhiches), but there is something special about the breakfast menu! We got the PB&Fruit french toast, avocado toast, and the pop tart (devoured before a picture could be taken). The Oat English tea is also something special!

Delicious, excellent, and varied menu, vegan/vegetarian and regular food...teas, smoothies, coffee ☕️ 🧉🫖 are the 👌 best....I super recommend it ...love it ❤️

A rare find in the Antelope Valley with a nice vegan menu. I also like the variety of tea available. The photo shows the Walnut Burrito on the vegan menu.

10/10 recommend. This place has the best tea, coolest workers, and most aesthetic shop. I love the mouthdrop Thursdays but also their food is top notch. They have great vegan options and their jackfruit burrito *chef's kiss. The whole vibe reminds me of home. After about three years of getting their tea, I have not once been disappointed.

Great experience felt welcome appreciated and comfortable.
Tea was amazing alot of choices this is the hibiscus infusion tea on ice I didn't know they offered food I had already ate.
Love this place definitely coming back!
