Philz Coffee

Great coffee and lot of varieties. And they offer to fix it if you're not satisfied. All but the temperature - like many coffee places nowadays, the coffee's just not hot enough after you add some half & half. But the staff was very friendly, and patient, in the face of a long and constantly replenished line of coffee lovers seeking their quotadonial fix.

Terrible service, poor product. I would not return there.
I ordered a latte and they gave me a coffee with a portion of coffee mate cream. That is not a latte, not even close. And it was horrible.
I only noticed when I got back to my place - so couldn't go there to switch or return. If they don't have latte in their menu, they should have told me - not taken my money thinking it wouldn't notice I didn't get what I wanted.

I went in to order, and there were all these arrows and weird blockages. They tried so hard to divide the long rectangular space with oddly-placed hipster furniture that it left me utterly confused. After I ordered, I searched for an area to wait and finally settled in the middle of the ordering line, since there was nowhere else to stand. I found my coffee sitting on the counter next to 3 other drinks. It must've been waiting for me for 5 minutes. This place succeeds when it comes to taste but fails when it comes to user experience and customer service.

I used to love Philz! Delicious coffees and nice blends. However, this place is simply servicing watered down coffee for $6..

It can never go wrong with Philz. I love the flavours they bring to your regular coffee -- not too overpowering, just enough to tease your senses while letting you enjoy the aroma of freshly ground beans.
Cardamom is my favorite flavor by far.
Amidst pandemic, they have made their coffee ordering and pick up more seamless. A big shoutout to the entire staff !

Went here a few times, coffee is very good, but it does take some time for your drink. A little disappointed with the fact that last time I went I was informed to download the app and if I wanted to simply order I would have to wait for them to finish making all of the mobile orders before taking mine. Could be a better system in place.

It's a Philz. That would usually rate better for me, but this Philz has been so busy the few times I have visited that I've waited for over fifteen minutes for a single beverage each time I've ordered in person. The line isn't always socially distanced and there are significant crowds gathered waiting for their orders. Mobile pick up is a better experience. Philz without sitting in the cafe is just an average experience that doesn't warrant the time. They also don't allow you to taste your beverage and request adjustments, which is one of the distinguishing features of the chain. Lastly, the parking lot is a mess making it hard for me to recommend unless you happen to be at the shopping center already and use mobile ordering.

Love their coffee, wish they'd offer monkfruit / lankato sweetener rather than Stevia. Or even allulose even if I have to pay more for it. At least they let me bring in my own packet to mix into my drink 🥰 although they didn't allow it during lockdown before we understood how the virus actually spread, it was very sad and a bummer but I understood why

We spilled the coffee and asked Kaden at the service counter if he can make us another one and we will pay for it since the line was so long!! He refused and said wait in line again 😡 his customer service skillz need some continuous education asap.

Great Place and Smelled amazing! Got the Mint Mojito and got a whole bush of mint in it lol it was like a salad inside my coffee 😂 #EatyourVeggies #GotMyGreens
