The service was exquisite, but I was very disappointed after reading the glorious reviews. I ordered the Panini and once again here in California they do not know how to make a proper panini. a panini is not prepared on regular sliced bread. Examples of bread types used for panini are baguette, ciabatta, and michetta, then toasted, preferably with a lot of olive oil or butter. This one had neither. The lentil soup had absolutely no flavor to it at all. The Establishment is quaint and has a lovely outdoor setting which gives it high marks.

Happy we stopped by for afternoon treats. The pumpkin pie had a deep molasses and clove flavor that was like a holiday hug and the apple pie was homemade, tart, and perfectly balanced with the whipped cream. Really great pies with a nice textured crust. Carrot cake was yum too. Lovey ti sit on the tables outside

This is a small cafe bakery. We just stopped by for our first time to pick up a Caesar salad to go with our home cooked meal in our lodge room. Excellent salad! All the sandwiches, salads, soups and large variety of baked goods looked and smelled delicious. Will definitely plan meals there when we return to our June Lake timeshare.

You should absolutely stop by to have a glass of wine in the garden if nothing else. They have a menu that changes daily so they can offer farm-to-table food. You can choose for healthy options or something more decadent (I suggest anything from their dessert menu).

The perfect restaurant. Would've given it 10/5 if I could've. Nestled in a small town overlooking the mountains, they've created a nice small homely place with garden seating outside. I thought the view and the vibe added to the taste of the food. Every food item on their menu feels like it was made with the same love that you would expect in your homemade food. Would visit it again if I get the chance.

You need stop by this place. Everything is absolutly perfect. Look for the wild giant rabbits. They might be by your feet. Food was........ Perfect in every way. Sit out side under the lights. Listen to all the birds. Ill be back.

We went there on a Saturday. Got a piece of apple pie and a Carmel brownie. They were so good. I went back the next day to get more but unfortunately they were closed.
The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Tiny place with great big serving sizes. Food was delicious too. But don't expect to have a seat if you're ordering during the lunch rush. They only have a few picnic tables. The peach pie was the best I've ever had. Ever.

I planned a photography trip with my dad to Mono Lake and Yosemite. We stayed in Lee Vining for a couple nights.
I was so excited to see a local restaurant with healthy options. I had really high expectations when I read their menu online.
Tioga passed was closed so we had to drive 4.5 hours from Yosemite. I was really hungry so I ordered way too much food.
It exceeded my expectations. It was all delicious without being heavy or over spiced/salted.
We got a hummus plate with 3 types of hummus with veggies and pita. It was huge! Enough for 4+ to share. We also split a spinach+strawberry+walnut salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
The main courses we ate were a hoisin rice bowl with sautéed vegetables and a navy bean tomato soup. These were amazing. The portions were huge and the flavors were fresh and delicious.
With the apps or main courses were enough to fill us up but it was a treat to try all four options. We ate all vegan dishes but they have chicken and steak options and even a homemade chicken pot pie.
We didn’t have room for deserts but they looked amazing. Homemade carrot cake, strawberry+blueberry pie and more.
The staff was all really friendly. The outside searing was quaint and relaxing.
Then we headed down to South Tufa area at Mono Lake for sunset shots.
Amazing night. If you are in or driving through Lee Vining, try it for lunch or dinner.
Also try Latte Da Coffee for breakfast 😀

Hidden gem. Good food.
The homemade desserts we're outstanding.
To top it all, I received recommendations for places to visit nearby.
