Epic Café

Absolutely EPIC food and scenery! If you’re passing through Camp Lee Vining, this is the place to eat. A+ atmosphere. A+ food that is made from scratch and organic. If I could rate it at ten stars, I would!

We visited Epic Cafe while passing through and lemme tell ya, it lives up to its name! Wow!!! Soooo gooooood!!!! I had the spinach and strawberry salad and my husband had a half a turkey chipotle sandwich with pasta and salad on the side. That was good and all but then came dessert....caramel brownie 😯 the sweet girl at the counter asked if I wanted it warmed and with whipped cream. Ummm yes please!!!! Not only was the brownie incredible but the whipped cream was amazing!!! I saw the big container it was stored in and it’s actual, real whipped cream....not from a can. So, so good. And the people!! Very welcoming and nice. By far the best meal we’ve had while visiting California. If y’all decide to move to Texas, can I ask that y’all move to our town so we can eat there all the time?!

Most delicious food tasted in USA after 4 days of arrival. Epic cheese steak is a must order. Salad is fresh and staff very friendly

Stopped by here on our way to June Lake. Nice friendly place. We got the sandwich soup combo and it was delicious and freshly made. We will come again

Found this little gem on our drive to Lake Tahoe have to admit it is pretty Epic. We had both dinner and breakfast because it was so good. People are great town is awesome we plan to come back.

Was just passing through on a road trip when I stopped in Lee Vining for something to eat... Wasnt sure where exactly, but when I looked at the options, the pie seemed intriguing to say the least, and it did not disappoint! Mozzarella and Tomato Panini and a piece of Strawberry Blueberry Pie and I was set to go! Thank you so much Epic Café! I'm sure I'll be back!

Ham and cheese on multigrain was mega super epic. Salads are organic greens, very good. Nice staff, take out only.

This place is truly Epic. A great spot with delicious and fresh food! I'll definitely be eating here during my visit to Mono Lake!

Great place to eat. Menu is limited (a good thing) but there are specials every night which are exceedingly good. Staff is friendly. Indoor seating is limited, but outdoor seating is heated.

I always enjoy epics, not only for the incredible epic food. But I also enjoy walking in to a beautiful setting with great staff. Very nice, respectable people and great service. Thank you Dave and linda.
