Stopped by after an afternoon in Yosemite on our way back to Mammoth. Cool little outdoor seating space. The smoothies were good, the pesto toast was AMAZING!!!. Fresh tomatoes, there was actually a couple out front selling their fresh tomatoes, a nice creamy pesto, and the fresh bread was to die for. Not to fancy, just nice simple flavors done right.

This place is phenominal. We went twice over the weekend got smoothies, juices, sandwiches, and burritos. EVERYTHING WAS RAD. I think this is the best food in June Lake area. WE WILL BE BACK!
Just make sure you end your day on the mountain a little early, because they close at 4pm!

After being recommended this place by a friend I decided to stop by to check it out. Unfortunately, they were closed for the fall which wasn't a big deal. It showed they were open on both google and yelp until 4pm today and I wasn't the only out-of-towner stopping by the establishment believing it to be open.
I was looking forward to some of the delicious food but after reading the most recent response from the owner to a review, I will likely not be trying this place when it re-opens.
Very unprofessional response to someone who was also looking for some decent food.
I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not when the owner is aggresive and rude.

Soooooo good! Lots of vegan options too! I had the best salad and a yummy juice (Detox). My kids ate the burrito and enjoyed a smoothie! I wish this place was closer to home. I’ll be back!!!

Food is delicious, service is EXTREMELY slow. Management needs have more food prepped and ready to go. 45 minutes for some avocado toast and a sanwhich. Staff moves with zero urgency or regard to customers time.

Came across this place with my parents while we were in June Lake looking for a lunch spot. This place fit the bill nicely - outdoor seating and great customer service. We split the savory mushroom toast, coconut soup, and the tater wrap. The tater wrap was my personal favorite - very flavorful and fresh with a nice kick. Everything was great in its own right and none of us are vegetarians. Would definitely come back and try one of their juices or smoothies too.

Treat yourself to delectable food and drinks at The Hermitage in June Lake. Simple, delicious avocado toast served on thick chunks of fresh bread--absolutely the BEST bread -- a scrumptious gluten free sourdough. There are several options for toppings on the avocado toast. All of them sound amazing. I chose the basic one with nutritional yeast and sea salt. The sliced avocados are perfectly ripe and generously arranged on the bread. Fresh pour-over coffee with almond milk and honey paired nicely with the toast. I have tasted their juice previously. I normally don't drink much juice but their special juice creations are delightful. It is pure magic. Refreshing and invigorating beyond belief. Outdoor dining or take-out only. Looking forward to my next visit to June Lake so I can try some more of this fabulous food and drink.

The coffee was so good. French roast pour over. It's gotta be the best coffee for 100 miles. The homemade sourdough toast was amazing too. I got it with peanut butter, honey and banana and that honey was something else. So good. Friendly folks nice spot perfect start to the day.

Always so good! Can't go wrong on anything you order. I got the green goddess smoothie

This place is super cute I got 2 açaí bowls but sadly they were more like juice bowls because the consistency wasn’t thick how you would expect or want an açaí bowl. But overall still really tasty! We were up here for camping and I got to say such a gorgeous place, there were a lot of ants in the sitting area but it’s okay I guess bc it’s outside
