Cool place to visit, coffee is OK, employees are friendly but a little too artificial. Wish there was more genuine talk but it's always up in your face questions. Drinks are also very heavy on syrup. 80% of the time I can't finish my drink because of the amount of syrup they put. Other than that, chill place to go with a group of people

I’ve never had a problem here before but on Saturday afternoon my sister and I ordered a midnight rebel, waking up at 3 am vomiting and diarrhea, shakes, and dizziness. Living with 4 other people, eating the exact same things and the only difference was her and I getting Dutch. I hate to say it was food poisoning but it was definitely not a coincidence… sadly won’t be going to this one anymore.

The worst Dutch bros I’ve ever visited. The staff was incredibly rude and refused to make drink the way asked. Line was long ended up not even ordering drinks and went somewhere else because how they treat customers. This first responder will be sure to share this experience with corporate.

Thoroughly disgusted with the lack on humanity at this location. I have been a devout customer for years but today will be my last time. It is 30 degrees outside and this RUDE boy with red hair had the nerve to tell an elderly woman to stand between cars 6 cars back to wait in line. It's 30 degrees outside. Make an acception. I mentioned this to the red head and he said it is what it is. Disgusted with the lack of humanity. Another employee tried to help the poor freezing woman and the red head yelled at him to go away. He needs to be fired. This is so unreal. I always went here because of the great people. Bad apple.

It's Dutch Bros and they were on par with their level of service with what we expect.

I went through the line tonight and did not receive great service but before I left the manager on duty which I believe his name was Cameron came over and apologized and then even went as far as to give me my drink for free. Amazing service!! Thank you!

When I first got here, not only did I get skipped over for what looked like Friends of the girl ringing up the drinks, but then the gentleman that wound up taking my order, didn't give me any stamps on my card.

I have changed it to 2 stars for the Owner reaching out for me to send it to their Customer Service. I do appreciate them looking at the reviews.

I finally tried this place after driving past several times. I didn’t know what to order, and told the guy taking my order that it was my first time ever trying Dutch Brothers. He was extremely helpful with my order and so patient. Then when I drove to the window to pick up my coffee, the guy handing me my drink even welcomed me as he was already aware from the other guy that it was my first time. He was so enthusiastic and genuinely happy that I was a first time customer. Even though they were very busy, they both took time and care to provide amazing customer service! I was so impressed! Oh, and the iced coffee I ordered was wonderful too! Thank you so much!!! This tired mama with 2 napping kids in the car needed this caffeine boost, and all your smiles made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back for more coffee!!!
