In 2008, the Elia Brothers opened Bloom Coffee and Tea. It's a cute and quaint coffee shop. It fits in perfectly with the Mediterranean shopping center theme. They have a very simple menu displayed. If there's something you're craving, ask if they know how to make it. I would recommend the business have weekly specials of more fun and complex drinks. I've heard there's a secret menu, by looking in the mirror behind the register. I didn't discover this until after I had been to this coffee shop. Also, I would recommend the cashier / barista repeat the order to ensure you're getting exactly what you ordered. I asked for an iced skinny sugar-free vanilla latte, but received a latte with heavy cream. The prices are a bit high compared to their competitors. This could be a good coffee date. Since there is a cute outdoor patio to sit and get to know each other. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Such a cute place and beautiful area! Amazing coffee too! I had the cold Vanilla Latte, very flavorful and so good!! I can actually taste the coffee bean. And great service. Thank you.

They use verve coffee beans I believe. It's done well, my latte was fragrant and yummy. The latte art is whatever for a third wave coffee type of place but at least their espresso is pretty good. The price is good though for the quality!

Bloom has come such a long way. I wasn’t very impressed my first visit a while back. I returned with a friend today and got their brioche bacon breakfast sandwich and it is a game changer! I paired it with a French pressed Ethiopian roast coffee using Verve beans. I was not disappointed! Great work Bloom!

First time at Bloom!! I loved the location (it is super cozy inside) and everyone, including the other customers are very friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere here, not to mention my bagel sandwich and vanilla latte!! I'm definitely planning to come again..

Great vibe (nice decor and music), good coffee, lots of plugs and good wifi for studying. Coffee prices are some $6 per coffee, higher than ideal but honestly comparable to Starbucks. Have been twice and will come again.

I was looking for dry teas for a gift purchase and they only have coffee. It was very busy, smelled great and looked like a very good place to come by and have breakfast with a friend. Very pleasant outdoor atmosphere for better weather days.

Had their Mocha and Vegan breakfast burrito. Good food and great coffee.

Heads up, they have stopped doing phone or online order.
The breakfast here is really good and they have excellent vegan options. Unfortunately the service is quite slow and Bloom is often very busy so it was best to to call ahead to order. However today when I called I was told they no longer accept phone or online orders.
I won’t be able to get breakfast here anymore as I’m unable to stand for long periods so ordering in person and waiting in a long, slow line isn’t an accessible option.
However, if you have plenty of time to kill or want to meet up wihh the friends I do recommend Bloom. Though it’s often quite loud in there so perhaps Bloom isn’t the best choice for studying or working.

A simple, straightforward menu built around Verve coffee seems like the perfect place to start a morning drive. The breakfast burrito, however, was unimpressive…nothing particularly bad either
