The shop was a great size and looked very clean. However, the mocha was not very good. I really enjoyed my cup of coffee. I made the trek out from East Sacramento county, might not make it unless I'm already in the area.

The coffee was delicious. Great seating.

This is a great place for coffee. You can get French press, aero press, or regular drip. It served in beautiful cups by a great crew of people. It’s only downside for me is that I would like to be able to find something other than just pastry to eat there. I’m usually hungry as well as wanting a great cup of coffee.

If you choose to go here, just know that the staff and customers probably won’t be wearing masks or face shields. There is a sign on the glass stating the staff is medically exempt from wearing masks. I respect the two employees who were working with masks on, but there were 4 unmasked guys hanging around the bar in the 5 minutes I was there and 3 unmasked customers. The kitchen staff in the back were visible and unmasked. If you’re going to claim medical excuses for not following California laws, at least have some respect for your customers and masked employees and wear face shields.

I used to love going here but will stay away for now. Everyone is entitled to their personal choices but customers have to right to know what is going on before stepping inside.

I want to love Bloom but their coffee shop is a refrigerator! It's always super cold there. I wish they would be mindful of their A/C - we don't need the shop to be set to 60 degrees. It's uncomfortable. Great food and drinks though!

We stopped for coffee and a snack on our way to visit my grandmother. The line was long and the cashier was slow. I finally got to the front of the line and ordered a couple of coffees and a simple breakfast. After I paid, the cashier advised that there was no one I. The kitchen and that my order would take at least 45 minutes. That should have been mentioned before I paid. I cancelled the cooked food and just ordered scones. The coffee was fine, but the scones were chewy. We won't be back.

This coffee shop is pretty amazing for a coffeeholic person like me. Went there for quite a few times now and the tastes of their espresso, frozen or the regular coffee, smoothies milk teas, and all of their specialties just keep on getting tastier every time I visit and sip a cup.

I would die for this hot chocolate! Not only does it taste amazing, it's served latte-style with the cutest artwork on top! I'm not a coffee girl myself, but their teas are equally impressive. (Especially the white peach!) I'd be careful about purchasing the baked goods- they have a distinct flavor that not everyone likes their first time around. The scones, while a bit dry, are a safe and yummy bet!

I ordered coffee with soy milk and it tasted like coffee with tea mixed in. I'm not sure if they brew on the same machine but it didn't taste good at all. The home made baked goods were just okay, I've made much better at home. I won't be back.

Sooo good! The chai latte (mine) and iced mocha (husband's) both were very good, not too sweet, and each had a unique flavor compared to places like Starbucks. Also, this particular location was decorated extra special for Christmas! Had a very warm, welcoming environment ❤️
