It was busy on a Tuesday afternoon, but the staff was handling it perfectly. I had a delicious chocolate cookie and a Chai latte with a modification. My Barista was cheerful and charming. It is a fantastic place to get coffee and treats.

I'm a fan but i feel like there is room for improvement. They did a big remodel and where closed for quite some time.
When it re opened I was expecting the place to look amazing, but in my opinion it just looks really feminine and cold.
The minimilaist approach they took is trendy but I dont feel like thet display their products well and the brand seems to need some work as well with different logos on the shirts, the cups, and merch they sell like they could not pick a design they like.
As a branding expert I see this as their weakest area and I'm sure other men that have recently come here get the same feeling now as I do.
I will say that their prices are great, and their selection of tea is also very good. Most of all the people that work here are simply amazing human beings and I will continue to come back just for them.
I would like to see them get some more typed of tea from Art of Tea, they have amazing flavors. Overall a great local business and they deserve 4 stars for their excellent service alone.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes. I was meeting someone and we had heard great things about the place,,, which was the only reason I didn't immediately just walk out. Each person in line took over 3 minutes to finish placing their order. The staff was either chatting with them on a personal level(with a huge line of customer waiting) or distracted talking to other people who walked over to the bar to say "HI". This is the kinda nonsense I would have expected from a coffee shop next to a college but even dutch brothers highers younger people and their turn around is incredible!
When I finally got to my turn in line I really didn't want to be there so I just ordered something super fast/simple such as the hot chocolate. They were all out of medium cups,,, it wasn't even 2pm. They had no marshmallows, no wiped cream,,, and I ended up waiting another 10 + minutes just to be served. They had 1 person taking the orders(and non-stop chatting, 1 person making all of the drinks(and believe it or not,, chatting more than the register person was),,, and for some strange reason they had 3 people in the back who didn't seem to do much to help address the growing customer wait time except include themselves in all of the wonder non-service related chatting occurring.
The decor was plain and drab. The walls were painted eggshell white. You got the feeling you were in a hospital more so than a coffee establishment and considering the area they are located with all of the other surrounding businesses, you would have thought they could have at least tried to keep up with the image the rest of the establishments upheld.
The hot chocolate wasn't even all that great. More people seemed interested in using their power/wifi than actually waiting another 20 minutes to get a 2nd drink.
1/10, would not recommend. At least starbucks is organized and regulated.

Don't forget to look in the mirror for the secret menu! I love the iced pooh bear latte, and any of their pastries. The staff is friendly, the wifi is great, and the bathroom has a chalk wall that people always leave sweet messages on. One of the best coffee shops in Roseville.

I get it, maybe this isn't supposed to be the type of place to linger. There are communal tables which are great for large groups who come in, but between the metal chairs (super narrow) and the hard wood benches, perhaps your clientele is primarily to go. Appreciate there are vegan options. Nice service, good food, good iced tea, but the chai tea tasted way more like cinnamon milk with little chai in it.

Consistenly amazing coffee and pastries. Excellent attention to detail. A true third wave coffee lovers shop. They serve Verve coffee from Santa Cruz, CA. Ever changing local art, tastefully designed. Bring chalk and draw on the bathroom walls, as they are made from chalkboard.

I really like The Verve coffee from Santa Cruz that is served here and the little for designs they make on your coffee. I give it four stars because it takes a while to get your coffee. It's not fast. But it is worth the wait.

Amazing latte and hot chocolate! We would love some healthier/GF snack options

Locally owned family run coffee house. The staff are polite, the place is welcoming and each drink is hand made to perfection and their pastries are fresh daily. Reasonable prices too.

Great coffee, and good people. I almost gave it four stars instead of five because there can often be a longer than expected wait for your coffee. So expect that. But it's good stuff, from awesome staff.
Pro Tip: check the mirror for a secret menu.
