Bloom Coffee and Tea

I don't get the hype. Are these reviews from friends and family members? The coffee is gross. Straight up gross. So is the tea. Not sure what they're doing back there but the flavors do not make sense. Sandwiches had runny egg and dollar store hash browns. It's got a Claremont vibe with Walmart flavors. This place is confused.

Update: Still makes a great cappuccino. Back in the day the "brothers bloom" made great cappuccinos. Ownership has changed at least once (see review below) and I wasn't sure how the coffee has held up. Glad to see they still serve Verve and even happier that they still make one of the best cappuccinos in the area.

Great coffee. Be wary of some of the new breakfast food offerings. The salmon and cream cheese bagel was a bastardation of salmon and lox. Chewy, bagel needed to be toasted, random thick sliced lemon wedges that were not practical. It was built for photos not for taste. The oatmeal with compote is still a winner.

Cute little place with nice staff. Coffee was excellent and the avocado toast was the best I've ever had.

There is no Google Pay, or any wireless pay option. This was surprising. Oh well. I'm sure they are as good as they've ever been as far as coffee taste, but it's more about a full experience.

Coffees good, interior is decent. Not a whole lot of options when I went but this is probably one of the better upscale coffee shops you'll find in Roseville cause there is nothin out here lol

No mask in sight! Yikes! None of the employees wearing masks, not a single customer wearing a mask. I didn’t see the reviews beforehand (wish I checked them) and felt unsafe immediately walking in. The drinks we got were mediocre and we got them “to go” so we don’t get sick. This review is for people who care about their loved ones and community and don’t want to risk getting sick for a mediocre coffee. If you don’t care about COVID safety, then this is the place for you!

There coffee is the smoothest in town! Ordered Vanilla latte for me and the wife. She had never been here before. She also agreed that the latte was the smoothest she has ever tasted. Wonderful atmosphere, great music and wonderful staff! recommend it to all who love a rich and smooth coffee.

I have been here quite a few times and every time I go, they brew a great cup of coffee. The beans are fresh and the baristas are very good at what they do. They are all very friendly and the ambiance of the place is just very chill and laid back. You can stay inside and drink your cup or you can get some fresh air outside. Either way, if you are looking for a coffee shop with good coffee or you need a place to chat it up with friends or even do your homework, go here. It rocks.
