I brought my daughter here today to try the coffee. I love love the brown sugar boba drinks when I saw they had the brown sugar latte I really wanted to try it.
It was not great. Literally it tasted like foam milk and espresso. I was really hoping for that brown sugar flavor. I thought maybe the flavor went to the bottom so I stirred it and still not much flavor...too bad..I was really hoping to like it so I can come more often. Small is 5.40 and large 5.75. Not worth it for no flavor...I would not come back here.
My daughter ordered the vanilla rose iced coffee. She said she really liked hers. I took a sip and could not taste the rose at all.
The store is really cute and quaint. I love that they roast their own beans.
They sell coffee 16.99 for only 12 oz. You can buy 2 bags and get one free.
If you like tasting the flavors added to coffee...ask for extra or you will be disappointed.
They also sell pastries and sweets that are very pretty. I did not try any so cannot comment on that...but they sure do look good.

I've gotta admit, "World Traveler Coffee Roasters" has really made a name for themselves. Not just for the amazing Folsom location that I've been to on several occasions but this one (which is their first store that opened in 2019) in Roseville. Located directly on Sunrise Ave. and right next to busy Douglas Blvd. in a small strip mall, don't let the small exterior fool you because there's lots of big things going on inside.
Let's talk about this inside, shall we? Here you will find clean white walls with gold trim displaying the world (since they represent beans from many different countries) and amazing hanging lamps that present a glitzy modern look to this place. The white chairs and wooden tables combined with the wooden display shelf really flow well with every square inch. And finally the roasting area complete with whole espresso beans in the bags really bring out the aromatic scents from all directions.
Now onto their drinks.. They make a ton of specialty espresso beverages including the popular Rose Latte, Honey Lavender Latte, Brown Sugar Latte, and Strawberry Mocha. During my visit, which was Saturday 3/13/2021 at around 11:30am, I decided to go with their "Blueberry Vanilla Latte" for something a little out of the ordinary. I paired this up with a warm treat, their "Cinnamon Cream Cheese Muffin". Total price for everything was around $9 + tax.
This place does offer ample seating but it is relatively small and quite a bit smaller than their Folsom location. They do have limited outdoor seating but that can fill up rather quickly on the busier weekend mornings. The service I received here was top notch as the two young men acknowledged me in a very professional manner. They were quite busy with the influx of customers but not at all did they feel overwhelmed.
Overall, my blueberry vanilla latte was quite tasty and surprisingly delicious. It was not at all overbearingly sweet and had very subtle hints of blueberry in it. From my past experiences at both of their locations, the beans here are not as bitter as some of the other coffeeshops in town. My muffin was delicious and tasted even better heated up with that warm cream cheese oozing out from each and every bite. All in all, "World Traveler Coffee Roasters" is an excellent place to try delicious brewed coffee, top notch espresso drinks, and surprisingly good treats. My rating, a perfect five stars.

It's such a sweet little coffee shop with delicious smooth coffee. After searching for coffee places that were not the mainstream Starbucks kind in this area, I found this gem. I ordered a latte and a chocolate eclair and was simply delighted. The eclair was just perfect - creamy, crunchy, and not overly sweet 🩷. The coffee was nutty and aromatic, without the burnt wood aftertaste you get from the overmarketed "mermaid" store.they have lots of different coffee drinks and desert to satisfy your coffee craving and maybe indulge in something sweet 😉.
Someone mentioned that their coffee was overpriced. I disagree - it's the popular "Mermaid" coffee that is overpriced. Small businesses have a lot more expenses but offer much more quality product, they care about the taste and experience; therefore, it makes perfect sense to me to pay a little bit more.
I'll be back with some friends. Support your local business!

Good vibes and a cute lil shop. I had a really good cup of coffee here, thanks to my flat tire :) I appreciate it when coffee shops offer a pour-over. The baristas were all welcoming and super nice. I was also surprised that they were open and people were sitting inside. The pastries looked delicious too, but I am dieting at the moment, so definitely next time :)

Lovely little shop with rich, delicious coffee. I went just a they were opening and was greeted and served by a lovely woman. She found out I was visiting the area and gave quite the shout out to Roseville and Rocklin. She was very welcoming to this weary traveler. More importantly the coffee was fantastic. I ordered the honey lavender latte and got my husband the Ethiopian drip.

I came here for an espresso and a late. The espresso was medium roasted and bit on the nuttier side with the taste. It's kind of medium on dark and light roast taste and not one or the other. It is balanced, but not dynamic. I like light roast dynamic and acidic tasting espressos and this place didn't have that special taste. It's good, but not special.
The late was good, too. The almond milk late and art on it was good.
The place looked bright, well light, and clean to me.
The service was great and prompt. The barista was knowledgeable about the coffee that he has and how it will taste.

Good experience, friendly attentive baristas, cute space, tasty drinks. Would come back to try some more of their other options. Had a blueberry honey latte and a rose vanilla latte, ad apricot scone all nice. Would like a little less sweetness in the latte but overall good.

Such a cute coffee shop and the employees are very kind! I tried the blueberry vanilla latte and carrot cake which were both amazing! Can’t wait to come back and try some of the other different latte flavors and delicious desserts!

Neither the WiFi nor the tea at the hotel next door were meeting my needs, so I headed to World Traveler. I not only found reliable free WiFi, but delicious loose-leaf tea presented beautifully. My tea came in an elegant teapot, with a classy cup and saucer, and a tiny hourglass to let me know when it would be done steeping.
Such a good experience that we ended up going here 3 times in two days: Our initial visit to get WiFi for my important business meeting, a return trip that evening to get some pastries for dessert, and then back the next morning for more drinks and a quick email check.
I'm not a coffee drinker, but my spouse tried a couple of their fancy latte drinks and was pleased with them.
Service was good; friendly, relatively quick even during a morning rush, and with good recommendations.
The place is clean, cute, and has a good variety of both coffee and tea drinks, breakfast pastries, and fancy desserts. Definitely worth a visit!
