Peet's Coffee

Love Pete's Coffee and love the employees here! They greet everyone with a smile and a Good Morning! I'm just a regular dark coffee drinker so can't say much about the other drinks they serve, but the pastries are delicious! My favorite are the Morning buns and cinnamon twist. A must to have with coffee! Make sure to hit them early in the morning to beat the crowd!

One goes to a coffee shop to enjoy a conversation, or some such, but the staff at this particular shop makes a lot of noise, grinding things, vacuuming things, dragging tables around, unnecessarily. You can't really hear yourself think for an hour within closing time. I don't enjoy being encouraged to leave in this fashion. I think the employees should do more to maintain a coffee shop atmosphere until it actually is closing time.

After a mix up with the credit card machine, the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Great service and coffee!

This is easily worst Peet's outlet I have visited. Coffee wasn't hot, not strong like usual Peet's quality. Cream wasn't available on the table. I had to go to the counter and ask them repeatedly for the cream. Or may be because both times I went it was Sunday evening 7:30!

I was waiting to order my coffee and my dad wanted to use the bathroom (we had driven 2 hours from Sacramento). He's older and he didn't see the sign that it was closed. The employee, Kevin, told him it was closed and then proceeded to scream at him from across the store.

We were so shocked and appalled that we walked out. I called the store and tried to speak to Kevin about the situation, but he was very defensive and made excuses. He mentioned that their employee break room is closed? I was trying to discuss the way he spoke to another person- the employee bathroom and public bathroom are irrelevant.

I was a General Manager at Jamba Juice for 10 years. There is an appropriate way to talk to people and this was not guest service.

It is so disheartening and sad for us to experience this because I loved Peet's coffee.

I want the employees to learn from this experience. You never know what people are going through. So be kind.

This is my favorite Peet's Coffee. My go-to is a vanilla latte, extra pump of vanilla, non-fat milk. Quality at this location is consistently good in terms of flavor and temperature. And the employees are efficient and pleasant.

Great coffee and quick healthy condiment's to go with your coffee.
But, indoor and outdoor tables could be wiped down with some fabulous cleanser.

Peets in Fremont feels alot more classier than any Starbucks I've been to. They treated me fabulous like I was a friend of a friend of the owner of Pete's! I am not. The outdoor patio where you can sip on your latte is wonderful sight seeing and admiring the show!

Of course I'm a little biased. I have a handful of friends that work at this Peet's Coffee Shop. They do a great job the coffee tastes great the only suggestion I would put out would be to find a way to put more tables and chairs inside. Other than that as MacArthur would say I shall return.

Peet's coffee is my favorite. I just wish they would open on closer to my house. This place is always busy but they get the drinks out quickly and are accurate with the orders. Peet's has a wide selection of teas too. Parking can be a pain during peak shopping hours.
