Peet's Coffee

drink was lukewarm. a shot of cold milk was add to expresso shots then Barista topped the latte off with hot milk making for a lukewarm milk. Guys Not A way to make any type of hot drink!

Late hours and caring staff. My favorite afternoon studying spot!

Bad customer service - did not expect this from Peets. Person at the counter knew that I was in the line but did not care when I pointed out. I am not sure if he can speak client English. Did not speak at all. Lost my last maple oat scone becuase of that. The manager in the shift wore that unhelpful smile and convinced me it happens all the time. When I said this is not service that I expect at Peets, one more apology that you know she did not care but had to do for "corporate sake. Left a Vmail to Peets customer service.

I've been to most of the Peet's in the area. This one in the east bay on Mowry is in my opinion - the champion. I live on the peninsula and recently needed to come to the east bay on business for a few months. Located this Peet's and sure enough - they get it right every time. Their cappucinno's are very much like the original versions I order when in Italy. Definitely not the bastardized american versions served up at most other places. Great quality, great taste.

If you're a coffee and tea connoisseur, you will love Peet's! Locally owned and locally slow roasted coffee beans, really good pastries and very good detailed oriented staff will help you find what you are craving!

Awesome coffee, awesome location and plenty of sitting place in and out. Better interior than other coffee places.

Great coffee, chill atmosphere and not too crazy busy. Located in a large shopping area so easy to stop in for a coffee/tea or quick snack.

Very friendly staff and consistently good coffee. I switched from going to Starbucks every morning when I realized this was closer to my office, better service and coffee
