Management seams rude to staff? I received a drink that was half foam I asked for a remake, and well apparently management couldn't keep happy stuff... now they have a staffing issue? I should have called corporate when they still had good fast staff showing up to open the store dayly. This is the only place I have time to spend time with the people I care about. Don't pull a covid Starbucks plz?

Used to be a good place with well crafted hand beverages. Now, missed such an art of a making a cuppachino. Latte and Cappuccino are different.

Being from Michigan, I expect my coffee to be hot and barista to be polite. But visited this place for the first time ever, I was served cold latte, I took only one sip and when I told the girl there, instead of being sorry (customer relaxation) for serving cold latte, she was rude and behaved like she is doing a favor and I am taking an undue advantage. I came to Pete's coffee with so much excitement and now it's gone forever. ☹☹☹☹

There is no way I’m the first customer ever to suggest that cutting your cup holders in half is a very bad idea. Anyone wanna guess what happened as I walked away from the shop?

Felt very safe. Great coffee. My soy milk latte was not hot enough. Due to covid-19 restrictions I didn't go back to get it reheated or ask for another cup. Very polite and hardwork staff.

It must be me or my luck but all three times I’ve been here.. they give me a latte instead of a macchiato. The distinction is very easy to taste and honestly, I get so upset when this happens. One is okay, twice.. maybe it was busy. But three times. I’d rather go to Philz.
Please retrain the staff to understand those small but also huge differences between the Latte and macchiato. I would really appreciate it, I’m sure all those who order a macchiato would appreciate it too.
Also, if I asked for my pasty to be warmed up, don’t lie when we can see everything you do.

Small café, but has good service. Not the best atmosphere to do work out of if you're looking for that. They have a fast pickup lane with a separate door for online orders, which feels unique among cafés in the immediate area.
