The fog breaker latte (with oat milk) was notably delicious. Dog-friendly patio.

The staff here is extremely rude, and it was very sad. People go to a coffee shop to enjoy their time and their drink, and it was impossible to do so here. I understand it’s frustrating when people come in at the last minute before closing, but don’t be rude to them please.

This place has great service and a really cute *little* indoor area for seating. The staff is also super friendly, and their coffee is very good.
Get a caramel cappuccino if you're sticking around :)

It’s the best coffee place in Carmel, that’s for sure.
This being said, the coffee is American style. That is filter coffee and plenty of sugar and syrups to be added upon.
We had simple coffee. It was surprinsingly decent.
But let’s just hope real speciality coffee might one day land in Carmel by the sea.

The girl that took my order acted very annoyed from the moment I walked up and rushed me through my one or two questions I had. She wouldn’t make eye contact with me, which overall just made me uncomfortable so I rushed into ordering something I didn’t really want. Wasn’t impressed with the drink I ordered and will not be coming back. :/

Atmosphere was awesome! However the coffee wasn't very good. Usually latte art is a good sign that the baristas can steam the milk to an ideal temperature but there was none of that in my cap and it was overly frothy.

Their mocha was one of the best I had in California. It's a really nice cafe and their dark chocolate honey oat bar is a MUST TRY!!!! I miss it already. The staff was friendly too :)

This is the real deal! Great coffee, unpretentious atmosphere as well as fresh baked pastries. Don't think there baked there, but seem baked fresh daily. Big plus is they open by 6am, which is very unusual in this town.

Their drip coffee is always fresh and I have never had my espresso burned by their baristas. For the past 20 years they've been consistent at making a delicious cup of coffee. P.S. They have fresh doughnuts delivered every morning.

They didn't have any pourovers or brews so i think coffee snobs won't be too happy. But they did have good espresso and a good english muffin with egg and cheese
