Really nice location with seating inside and out, also has a drive thru available! Great staff that provides friendly service! They have your standard and seasonal offerings you expect from a coffee shop!

We ordered two cups of coffee this morning. They messed up both of the orders. They handed out the coffee while saying" coffee with cream", and there is no cream in the coffee. Rude attitude when taking orders. I feel sick after drinking their coffee, went to the bathroom for few times. One star for your giving me a bad morning.

The location on Lambert just feels better, can't really pin why. One reason however is that they always confirm your order which this location should do better with considering the noise from Imperial Hwy.

Great! Girl made me hot tea drink (medicine ball). Later, I got a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Girl even brought it to where I was seated! Clean bathroom and clean store. Much better than other Coffee Beans I've been to!! Will come again. And wi fi worked great!

It is a large nice size store. The drive thru is great and the staff is very friendly. Lots of comfy seats better than a lot of the stores I have been to.

The people there were not professional and did not get my order correct. Looks like a good place but horrible customer service.

This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf location is conveniently on Imperial Highway and near the 57 freeway in Brea. It's located near Trader Joe's with plenty of parking and a drive thru. Inside, there is ample seating and has much more inside seats than the other Coffee Bean location in Brea (which is small and doesn't have a drive thru). I've usually been able to find a seat here and I've always been satisfied with my drinks. I just wish that all Coffee Beans had a wider variety of food items to accompany their drinks.

Thank you Coffee Bean for making me absolutely sick yesterday! You got my drink wrong the 1st time and 2nd round was even worse. I specifically asked for DECAF! I was so sick after I drank my coffee and I thought I was going to have to go to ER because I felt like I was having a heart attack!! Get it together before you make someone deathly ill!!)

Wife & I were harrassed by known trouble-maker (store admits they've thrown him out before). Was harassed by this male. Store management refused to take action even after I SPECIFICALLY told him. Contacted corporate office; will update review *IF* resolved (rating represents combination of previous experiences as well as today).
